Four Seasons Hotel Miami

I was looking forward to staying here, but unfortunately, the experience fell far short of expectations for a 5-star hotel. First, the service was incredibly slow—food orders took ages to arrive, and simple requests for items were delayed as well. When the food did arrive, it was underwhelming and not on par with similar luxury properties. The AC in my room was broken the first night, which made for an uncomfortable stay. While they offered a partial refund, it didn’t compensate for the inconvenience. Housekeeping was also disappointing: they didn’t stock many of the standard amenities I’ve come to expect from other 5-star hotels. On top of that, they knocked on my door three times in one day, despite me clearly stating my preferred housekeeping time. Staff visibility and attentiveness were lacking. At night, the lobby was often empty—no one greeted us upon return, and bellhops didn’t open doors or acknowledge arrivals. Ubers were also a hassle, as there was no one to direct them, leaving me to walk down the driveway to meet my rides. It’s clear that the hotel prioritizes repeat guests over new ones, offering welcome treats to the former while doing little to impress first-time visitors. For the price, the experience felt significantly overpriced compared to other 5-star properties I’ve stayed at. Overall, while the property has potential, the lack of attention to detail and service left me feeling disappointed. Unfortunately Miami has too many options for me to return here again.

Great hotel downtown Miami. The room (25th floor) was perfect and had a espetacular view of the sea. The pool area is beautiful and the breakfast buffet is amazing. Service is friendly and efficient. Only point of attention is the valet… took a while every time we asked for our car

In one word - Superb! Service, Service, Service is the entire experience of the Four Seasons Brickell location. The extremely comfortable room with robes and slippers, the amazing food and bar lounge not to mention the beautiful pool and grounds makes this place a “must stay”.

One of the best hotel experiences we have ever had! The hotel, location and facilities were excellent. The service was above and beyond. Especially Leticia from the welcome staff, Brian at Concierge and Roberto at the pool. Will definitely be returning guests.
