Hotel AKA Brickell

What a gorgeous hotel. The interior designer did an excellent job with the lobby and lounge area. The views are stunning. In the restaurant of the hotel we meet with Javier, Javier needs a raise. Excellent customer service. Eduardo from valet is also very kind. The only downside side to the hotel is the bed. It’s genuinely very uncomfortable, from the stiffness of the bed to the pillows.

I am very particular when it comes to a clean location and friendly staff. (There’s a lot of great photoshopping online misrepresenting places. And then you get there and the location/staff are beneath your standards.) The AKA hotel is exactly what you see online and the staff is beyond helpful and friendly. I specifically want to call out the valet team - Elijah, Eduardo (morning crew) and Juan (evening crew). They are complete gentlemen who are very attentive, social and have impeccable manners. They treat everyone with equal respect and with a huge smile on their face. The same with the front desk and the staff in the restaurant- Adrift Mare. This has been one of the most memorable and seamless experiences I’ve ever had.

Elijah & Eduardo are very attentive, courteous & pleasant! They made our trip the most convenient by always accommodating our needs while also being very friendly! 10 out of 10. Car was treated with the upmost care & respect! Again 10/10 couldn’t ask for a better experience

The valet staff were awesome !! Always quick and attentive. Shout out to Elijah, Dieago, and Eduardo ! Everyone was very friendly from the check in staff to the housekeepers. The restaurant was delicious and had happy hour! Great location, close enough to walk but far away enough from any chaos. 10/10 recommend !

Elijah and Eduardo were a great help! My plane arrived 4 hours earlier than my check in time and they helped me store my bags securely so I could go out and get some food. I had no issues at all when I got my back. They did not over complicate a thing, they made it very easy to access my bags whenever I needed something from it while I was still waiting on my room.
