Hotel AKA Brickell

The team at Hotel AKA Brickell is phenomenal! From Raquel and Kathleen in the sales department, to Nikolas and Oscar at the Front Desk, every staff member was more than welcoming and instrumental in making my stay a memorable one. A special shoutout to Anne-Lore in F&B who brough me a lovely birthday cake at Adrift! Overall this is definitely THE best hotel in Miami and I will be back soon :D

Husband and I stayed a night here to attend the UFC fight and we enjoyed our stay at the Hotel AKA Brickell! The most friendly pleasant staff here were Eduardo and Jonathan! Thank you for everything! You guys rock! Restaurants in the area were great! We stopped in at the Burgermeister which was fabulous!

I stayed at Hotel AKA Brickell from April 4th to April 6th and, unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected. I booked a king bed with a city view through TripAdvisor, but upon arrival, I was given a room with two double beds instead. When I brought this issue to the attention of the front desk, they were dismissive and made no effort to resolve the situation—even after I showed them my reservation confirming the king bed. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and in a great location in Brickell, which makes this experience even more frustrating. I reached out to TripAdvisor for assistance, but when they attempted to contact the hotel, the staff didn’t answer calls or respond to emails. At checkout, I asked to speak with a manager. While they did apologize, they informed me that all rooms are the same price on weekends and refused to offer any credit or compensation for the inconvenience. Overall, this stay left a bad taste. The lack of customer service and unwillingness to correct a clear mistake was disappointing. I won’t be staying at this hotel again and would not recommend it to others based on my experience.

I had a fantastic stay at AKA Miami. The hotel itself is modern and well-appointed, offering excellent amenities. What truly stood out was the exceptional service from Eduardo, Leo, and Jhonatan from valet parking. They were incredibly attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure a smooth experience. Their hospitality made our stay even more memorable. Highly recommend!
