A very good experience !
My first time here. I came in for a two day business trip. Hotel is at a great location. Easy walking to malls, restaurants and tourist attractions. Professional and friendly staff. Great experience from Ashley at the front desk. Rooms are modern, quiet and well appointed. Bar and restaurants are very well run.

Spectacular
I celebrate my my 50th birthday at IHG Miami before boarding a cruise and it was spectacular. Alexus made check in a breeze and was very accommodating and super helpful. If you haven't become a Platinum member here, what are you waiting for? The benefits are wonderful and so worth it every time you stay. Our room was breathtaking. The bed was so comfortable. We had a great time at the Cabana and even saw Ja Rule. The spa was nice and relaxing. Next time you're in Miami, stay here!

Grea experience!!!
This place has the most tasty food I ever had! The Ole breakfast buffet is amazing! The selection is endless and everything is fresh and clean! The service was above and beyond especially Eliana and Ashae made us feel like we are in a 3 star Michelin restaurant! Highly recommended!

Great Stay!!!
Hotel is beautiful and in a great location. Had some trouble with getting our Club Access due to an issue with our third party booking sight. The third party couldn’t fix the issue,but this hotel stepped up and took care of us! This is the service we have come to expect from the IC. The room was clean and updated with a nice touch of Miami flair. The Club lounge had a great assortment of food and even better service. Everyone was attentive and the area had significantly better staffing levels than I have seen in all club lounges we have recently stayed in. Overall it was a great trip and we will be back! Customer Service isn’t dead folks!! It’s alive and well at the IC Miami :)

I will definitely be back!
Our room was amazing, thanks to Ashley, who was able to upgrade us. Service was impeccable, both at the front desk and at the bar. I wish I could have stayed longer, but I had a cruise to catch. My friend and I were spoiled by our room. We kept saying we missed your beds, when we were on our cruise. Great hotel!
