Beautiful, well-appointed hotel. Fantastic amenities with very friendly staff. The gym is top notch. Great business space. Visited for meetings and also had the opportunity of enjoying the pool for a bit. Gorgeous bayside views. Close to fantastic restaurants and lovely area for walks.

I stayed at the hotel for four days. I thought it was excellent, the food was very good and the staff was very friendly, especially Mayra the hostess, who was very kind to us and helped us get to different destinations. The view from our room was spectacular. I really recommend it.

Alberto is the best. Attentive, courteous, thorough, and happy to serve all guests within the club lounge. Thus, my experience at the Intercontinental has been excellent! I have eaten mainly the breakfast within the lounge and the food is excellent! The place is also very clean. Highly recommend!

The front desk agent Elias is really nice. Very helpful for us to get to know about the hotel. The breakfast is really good, but if you order anything that’s not on the menu, just know it costs extra. So before asking for a coffee/latte, ask if it is included in the breakfast charge.hotel is in general good.

The Intercontinental Miami. Is an excellent hotel. It was quite accommodating to my needs. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family. A person could not have a better stay. Thank you to their management and staff for their hospitality.
