Jorge with valet was the best and went out of his way to help me get stuff from me car in spite of a broken elevator! There’s a 200 character minimum so let’s utilize this opportunity! Had a Great experience here at the EPIC Had an awesome time at the spa and pool. The valet was amazing Jean Baptist was quick and brought my car out in no time. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. The bell mall and door staff were there all day holding doors for us, restaurants are beautiful nice views. Will be back soon and recommend.

We had brunch at Zuma. The buffet was excellent! There was a wide variety of seafood items available. The seafood was fresh and tasty, the sliced beef was excellent! The desserts were delicious. The valet parking service was convenient (Jean Baptiste did a great job)!

Amazing stay, the room met our expectations. We were met with beautiful views of Miami. Great area as well there’s so many things to do. Special thanks to the valet Adrian, great help and quick thinker. Will be returning if he’s still around.

Adrian was the best Valet attendant, he was always eager to help. Was a very smooth transition and always in great spirits. Everything about the location was great, very nice people and a very clean space. Food was always great. Will definitely be coming back, new favorite place stay at for vacation.
