Good hotel, although the rooms have some flaws and feel outdated—they definitely need a renovation. The common areas are nice, and the pool area is beautiful. The staff is incredibly kind and always willing to help. When I arrived, there was a waiting list, but Julieth helped me find a lounge where I spent the whole day with my husband! It was a great day at the pool

Great experience! We rented a cabin to spend the day with my husband, and it was incredible. Upon arrival, Julieth welcomed us and explained everything very well. The pool was clean, and the place was beautiful. Although there was some annoying construction noise, we still had a great time. Andrea and Julieth provided excellent service. Wonderful place!

My wife and I really enjoyed our time on the beach. The beach chairs and umbrella set up was perfect and easy to reserve. The service, food and drinks were great. Laurent and PJ were very helpful. The earlier you get there the better to get the best seats.

Great service and very nice people. Came for a 5 day presidents weekend trip and had a great time. People were very kind, food was very good, and my family and I enjoyed it. Weather was great and hotel atmosphere was very friendly. I will definitely be coming back again.

Worst Kimpton in Miami. I've stayed at almost all the Kimptons in the Miami area. This one is by far the worst. I checked in and the front desk attendant informed me the room wasn't ready. She said that she was unable to tell me a time when it would be ready/give me an estimate. I asked if she could provide me with a quiet spot for an important work meeting. She said no. I waited in the lobby for a couple hours and she said she would text me. She never did. I had to go ask someone else and she was like rooms have been ready all day. You could have gotten in hours ago. The room smelled like mildew and I heard classical music play all night long - because the walls are so thin. This place is worth no where near the $400 I paid for it. I won't be back. Luis the bellman - awesome. All around great.
