Fabian, Fabricio, and Carlos were outstanding during our two-week stay. They provided invaluable support throughout our production days, both in the hotel and with all crew Vehicles. Truly appreciated, no complaints and on time thank you 😊

The hotel was lovely but the staff helped make the stay really wonderful. Traveling for work with tons of luggage is hard but Fabian, Fabricio and Carlos truly went above and beyond! The hotel was very pretty and an awesome location. Lovely stay and will be back

I stay here for production job. Hotel was near lots of restaurants. Their own restaurant was good. Enjoyed the compl breakfast options. I did really like the staff. Fabian was alway so happy to help with my car. Carlos and Fabricio as well. It was like your family welcoming back each day I return to hotel. Room was nice as well.

Nice hotel, good pool deck with bar. Enjoyed the breakfasts and proximity to other restaurants. Terrific service from Fabian, the valet. The hotel isn’t new and flashy, but has terrific character and charm. Gardens are beautifully maintained. Very interesting architecture, art work.

Just got home after 3 nights at this hotel - we had a great time overall with friends and family and we appreciated the beautiful space, overall hotel vibe (super chill) and location in coconut grove (very convenient and next to a ton of shops and good restaurants). Now the not so fun stuff which I genuinely hope management will address: 1) the hotel is severely understaffed (an hour wait for fresh towels to be brought to the room, 6 different phone calls to the front desk asking for cutlery and plates to be delivered to the room (doordash delivery forgot to add paper plates) only to be told after 40 minutes that room staff are busy and to call the restaurant in the hotel to get plates (shocking) 2) breakfast on the mezzanine floor was a traffic jam with hungry disgruntled guests waiting for tables (not enough staff to clean tables and rotate people in an out ) 3) the elevators are from 1940 or something and just caused chaos all weekend notably during saturday’s wedding cocktail reception; one elevator was “under inspection” which is pretty crazy given the wedding. Elevator C’s motion sensors don’t work so well and during the cocktail hour multiple Karens and Kens were losing their marbles not being able to get to the promised champagne as hoped. So close yet so far! At one point one couple hurdled over my child and his stroller to get their body into the elevator before it shut. I sincerely hope management addresses these very obvious issues!
