Five Star Hotel!
My family and I stayed there so we could attend a wedding and we were astounded by the layout of the hotel! It felt like being in a greenhouse and we loved the lobby and the lounge area in the center of the hotel with all the greenery and water around us. Each suite has its own unique name which was fun, the room was decorated well and most of all the bed was comfy. Staff was also pleasant and professional. I would definitely stay there again and recommend.

A Must Stay!
This place was fantastic! From the moment we arrived we were greeted by friendly people and surrounded by exquisite accommodations. We arrived prior to check in and the staff quickly assured us they would hold our luggage safely until our room was ready, and provided us with a cold water to take. Once our room was ready, the staff guided us to our room which was HUGE! The space was beautiful, clean, and roomy.

Amazing Service
I couldn’t have asked for better service! Everyone was so welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. From check-in to check-out there was always some around to ask us if we needed anything. We arrived early and were able to leave our luggage with the valet and when we checked out we left our luggage while we were looking around during the day.

this is truly one of the most detail oriented hotels I have stayed in. The hospitality of the team is 10/10 especially Jason, Greg and Taylor. Not only is the hotel beautiful, but extremely welcoming and a true taste of the coconut grove lifestyle. The food at the Mayfair Grill and Sip Sip were both delicious and an amazing experience. The room was amazing- I got to try out the sleep well journey and I can confidently say this was one of the best sleeps I’ve had in my life. Also don’t miss out on the opulence menu, the collagen milk bath is an amazing, relaxing experience and my skin has never felt better. Truly one of the best hotels in Miami. You will not regret staying here

Great hotel as always!
The hotel has always been accommodating and customer service is great! The rooms are spacious, very well maintained.. the only issue we face is when there’s a wedding.. it can get too loud and hard to sleep.. Fabian, the valet is always smiling and welcoming!
