Mayfair House Hotel & Garden

Great place! Fabian valet was awesome! Very unique and awesome hotel. Excellent neighborhood and super fun vibe. Great hotel restaurant and the pool top was super fun. We loved it and will be back again sometime soon for sure! Very friendly hotel staff too.

The hotel was great. The breakfast for 2 is complementary and very good. Hotel is super conveniently located near tons of restaurants and shops. Lots of ice cream stores too. The valet was super easy to get my car frequently for trips to UMiami. The drive in at night was a little sketch as was the self check in process but seeing it in daytime was a difference maker. The rooftop pool was quiet and relaxing with two types of frozen drinks and four beers on tap. The food service was great on the roofdeck too. The resort is a historic hotel and a very cool Hawaiian vibe. The lighting in the rooms is not great though. Super dark and tough to see even with all the lamps on (that was the only complaint my family had).

Very courteous staff. Lots of amenities. Super clean property and rooms. The complimentary breakfast is a perfect addition to the luxury experience. Safe, walkable neighborhood with loads of shops and restaurants. Pretty efficient valet. Also self parking garage right across the street. Premium prices but that’s the cost of vacationing. Some creature comfort expectations are missing however. -Self serve coffee and tea. This is huge. You have to go into a restaurant and ask for a cup to go when they are open. Tea is almost impossible in this area. - No salt and pepper at breakfast restaurant table. - No jam for toast. Missed opportunity to have a trio of table jam like guava, mango, strawberry selections. C’mon play to the area! We loved it though.

Stayed here for three nights in February and it is an excellent hotel. Friendly staff, clean comfortable room, rooftop bar and pool. Location is good with many good bars and restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay here again. Special shout out to Fabian (valet) for great service and for directions/tips throughout our stay.

I was in town for a conference and we stayed at the Mayfair! Everything was absolutely perfect and everyone was extremely helpful! This was the best conference yet! The entire experience was amazing.I would give Fabian 10 stars if I could! He was so helpful and very valuable resource.
