Few destinations can boast such a distinctive and colorful character as Coconut Grove, a chic enclave located just south of downtown Miami. Here, overlooking picturesque Sailboat Bay, lies The Mutiny Hotel, a deluxe all-suite property and proud member of Summit Hotels. A vivid swatch of coral set against green palms and intense blue South Florida skies, The Mutiny beguiles with spacious, stylishly furnished one- and two-bedroom suites, each boasting separate bedrooms, living room, dining area and full, modern kitchen -- not to mention breathtaking bay or city views.

I loved the hotel and the people from the Front Desk and security were super friendly and polite. I stayed two weeks and I enjoyed it a lot! The fact that you have the bar downstairs, jacuzzi, spa, gym, makes it an amazing experience. Also it is boutique and its nice to feel cozy - different than a lot of the Miami hotels. You have privacy and it is a very quiet zone. Definitely I'll stay here again. Thank you!!!!

Stayed at this well managed, comfortable , clean and centrally located hotel. The views of Biscayne Bay are absolutely gorgeous, so much to do within a 5 minute walk to Cocowalk or a short ride to gorgeous Key Biscayne, Brikell Ave or South Beach with Dinner Key Marina and park across the street. Perhaps the friendliest and accommodating staff in the business.

This hotel at best is a 3 star in my opinion. Lobby is nice and welcoming. The room provided a full kitchen, living room and bedroom. It needs updating. The bathroom had cracked, broken tiles and not clean. No housekeeping but a $30 cleaning fee. They were doing work in other rooms so could hear banging and saws during the day. It is valet only and our car was scratched. The valet company Park one is stating not covered. I will not be staying here again.

It’s not fancy and there is not even a phone in the room to call down for towels etc. that was a first for me. It was fine and location was great but depending on rate there may be better options. The staff has been very nice but the front desk never seems to be staffed

We stayed here for one night on our way through Miami, we have always loved staying in Coconut Grove such a great feel to the area, and the Mutiny is always such a lovely spot and in a great area. Although the hotel was not sold out, the room they gave us for the price we paid was less than ideal, and although we were given a balcony it was on the second floor near the car park area.... WAY BACK at the end of the hotel where clearly the rooms were worn out and needed a refurbishment. It was quite disappointing, and given there are so many newer hotels in the area I would consider staying elsewhere next time.
