Service experience
I started my experience with a warm welcome from the Valet team – they were very attentive, and it was a great start! Then at the beach, Sergio assisted us very kindly and made sure we were all set to fully enjoy the day. The services at the hotel were very good.

excellent view, in room dining and washer and dryer..
We stayed in the room because of health issues after discharge from the hospital. we were looking for an ocean view and washer and dryer which was helpful as we had a suitcase full of dirty clothes. The in room dining was excellent food and it was a restful trip for us.

Think twice about staying here!
I would definitely think twice about staying here. There are some positives but way more negatives. The rooms are dated and old. The bedding had multiple stains on it (see pics), things were broken in the room, the front desk was rude and could care less that they gave us a room that was occupied and we walked in on people in the room! We did love the pool and beach and the wait staff was amazing there

Never again
Terrible, not owned by Trump at all. May only use his name. Our room smelled like a sewer. They have a sewer backup somewhere. It was coming up through our shower. Nothing was done. Supposed to be non-smoking. I looked over around the corner at the balcony. Here, the neighbors smoking weed. Going right in through the whole entire floor you smelled so bad. They did not give us the room pictured. We had. Nowhere to put are food or drinks for the week. I had to go buy a Styrofoam cooler. It put ice in it because they had a mini-bar. They would not remove for less than $50. Just all around bad experience, only water sport that they had was a jet ski. Breakfast bar cost $120 for 2 people. They automatically tip their cells, also twenty percent

Damaged vehicle- dent and they denied it.
Debt on our car and they denied it happened there. Clogged toilet and shower since we arrived. Terrible shower since it’s a tub and NOT a shower as it should be. 2nd time there since the 1st had been good but after damaging our vehicle and they denying it. Never again.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. The staff was warm and friendly. The beach area and pool area were very clean. We cannot wait to go back. Next time I look forward to enjoying some spa treatments.

Of all resorts Trump Resort is the cream of the crop. I felt like a queen with the treatment. Service was great, the bell hops were great, the employees were great, and the beach was always clean. Drinks were delivered on the beach and our glasses never got empty. This will be the only place I stay when I'm in Florida.
