Very good starting point for exploring Miami Beach
We felt very comfortable here and would come back at any time if only the journey from Germany wasn't so far... The staff were very friendly and helpful. Fabiola and her colleague at reception in particular created a very open and warm atmosphere. The food at Café Americano was excellent.

Awesome Staff
We came in for the Miami Boat Show and had the best experience staying at Uma House. It was the perfect location right between the convention center and the beach. It was my coworkers birthday and the staff, particularly Dianelis and Dario, were super enthusiastic to help make her birthday special. I brought a balloon from the airport that unfortunately deflated on my uber to Uma house and the staff and I had a great laugh about the “sad” birthday balloon. They took my balloon and pared it with a thoughtful note from the staff and a bottle of champagne which was all on display when we walked into the room. It really made my coworkers birthday special. Thanks again to the staff and for a great stay. We will be coming back!

Nice work trip
The room is nice and clean! Liz is the best! Very helpful! She was very accommodating in helping me get the room I needed to make it easier for transport of my work supplies! Liz is the bomb! Have I said Liz is the best! Thankkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk youuuuuuu

Unfortunately the staff do not live up to the images.
Sadly I couldn’t recommend this hotel to a friend. On the positive side the design and cleanliness are first class. The location is excellent. Rooms have all the basics. Except an outlook. Our room stared into a fence. The staff are really charmless and one feels like an intruder from check in to departure. Most unfortunate as the investment has been huge.

Wonderful Stay
I had a terrific stay. The front desk service was extremely professional, especially Liz. I would recommend staying here. The hotel is 3 blocks from the beach and includes beach chair. Umbrella is $22 dollars. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Overall I was satisfied.
