Innovative in design, the hotel expresses the creative spirit of Milan and the relationship between luxury and the city. The redesign of this historic building from the twenties, by architect Italo Rota, harmonizes an eclectic mix of avant-garde design in an atmosphere of unconventional elegance. Boscolo Milano provides a memorable reference point for visitors and local residents alike.

Amazing stay in this beautiful urban hotel with a gorgeous design and a nice swimming pool and spa with a co branding with a French brand. Facilities are new and modern, special care and attention at the check in. Really good stay ! Thanks

Valet parking and check in counter decent service. The cost totally unjustified for the quality of the room. I got a king size sort of which were 2 beds together, with different mattresses. I could even fit in between. Like a poor 2 stars hotels. The pictures talk by themselves. We paid around 1,200 euros for one night, 2 rooms. Gym closed. I thought the hotel was new. The rooftop, with beautiful pictures and widely published, open only for private events, maybe I overlooked this point when I made the reservations. To be fair, the location is good and the staff at the counter and valet parking was superb. I am still waiting for the points on my account by the way. I sent several emails to the property, still waiting Good luck

In the central of Milano, very convenient. The room is big enough, but the space could be redesign more efficiently. The service is great. Breakfast is also delicious, but the choices from buffet is fixed, a little disappointed.

The worst Marriott location I've stayed in. I booked this category 6 hotel in hopes to have a luxurious stay in Milan. This hotel is not up to Marriott category 6 standards. Rooms are scarcely decorated and very outdated. Switched rooms 3 times the first evening we checked in. First room flooded (the showers do NOT drain! and took 3 calls to the reception to get help), second room the windows were broken and wouldn't lock. Third room had stains on the walls and mildew in the shower. At that point, after midnight we just went to bed. The staff was not accommodating. So dissatisfied and regret using 50,000 points for this stay and wasted 1 of our 2 nights in Milan dealing with this. After fighting and fighting with the hotel, they refunded us for the second night and we went to the Four Points Milan (BEST HOTEL!!.. please stay there if visiting Milan!). Don't know how a category 3 hotel surpasses a category 6 hotel quality. BTW Palazzo is leaving the Marriott rewards system as of 2020... I wonder why.... Location was good but not worth all the stress. The Four Points is very close to central station and a quick subway (or walk!) to the Duomo area. The Four Points was so high tech and had great room amenities like a heated shower rack and a tablet in the room.

The only thing good about this property is it’s central location. Unfortunately I didn’t read the reviews carefully before booking. I believe the hotel is closing down soon for renovations which are definitely required.
