The hotel is not bad and located directly next to the M3 metro. However, we felt really ripped off. The first photo they publish everywhere is the pool and this is the only reason we chose it despite it being a bit further away from the center than other options. The price on the hotel's website was the same as on booking.com so I thought I do them something good and book directly, saving them the considerable commission for booking. Turns out that the pool is 20 € per person and day but free when using booking.com. What a ripoff. The front desk staff was unimpressed and arrogant -- it's the policy. You try to do something good for the place and you get ripped off in return. No thank you.

A fabulous stay. Upgraded on an arrival with a room overlooking the garden. Extremely quiet room which was very relaxing and the biggest bed I’ve ever seen! Great customer servjce. A cab ride out of the Center or tube which is only a few minutes away to reach. Would definitely recommend. Was slightly concerned after reading some reviews before we arrived but I need not have been worried!

Stayed at this hotel. The shower is horrible water splashes everywhere in the bathroom. Normally it would not be much of a problem in till I slipped and fell cut my face and got bruised up on face and body. Worse yet did not get help from staff. I called reception. Asked for ice and they said sorry we don’t have any. And never even came up to the room to check on me. I am very upset about the customer service. The rooms are ok but I would not get the breakfast package here. I would not stay at this hotel again

My stay here was ok. The room was quite outdated and could use a total refurb. They were nice and the concierge was fantastic. Be careful if you use the iron as it left black spots on my shirts. Lots of great food in the area and a Lidl down the block.

We paid for a room with a king bed, bathtub, minibar and air conditioning. At check in, the receptionist said that we had an "upgrade" to the room. We accepted it immediately, because it is implied that an upgrade is for something better, but when we arrived, the room did not have a bathtub, the TV was small and old, the channels were limited, and the air conditioning had a limited temperature that could not be lowered. It was unbearably hot. When asked about the "upgrade" in which you book a room with a bathtub but the bathroom did not have a bathtub, you book air conditioning and the room did not cool down... they said that this room was better, just because it had more space. Well, a shed has more space, but that does not make it better. This is not 4 stars, never! Furthermore, on hotels.com, when you book the room, it says that it has a pool, but when you arrive you find out that you have to pay more. It is like renting a car, and the advertisement says that it has an automatic transmission, but when you pick up the car, they want you to pay more for the automatic transmission. Run away from this hotel! It seems like a scam, that's how I feel, scammed! I'm going to expose this situation everywhere I can.
