Best hotel in Milan. I can’t recommend it enough. The architecture, interior, rooms, lobby, and lounge are amazing and you will want to stay the whole time in there. Our room was so warm and cosy. The staff are super welcoming , friendly and highly trained. Everything about this hotel is top notch. I highly recommend it whatever is the purpose of your trip.

For a five star hotel, this place lacks in substance. The rooms are very grand but lack basic amenities such as an iron, coffee/tea making facilities and a full length mirror. We had lunch on Monday and it was awful. Two basic salads which were bland and not particularly well presented and cost E30-35 each. The best of it was….after paying nearly E1000/night/room, there was an optional staff charge of 92/night automatically placed on my check out bill. When I queried it, they said it was an optional tip. As I said to the receptionist, I’ve heard it all now that I have to tip for sleeping in the room I have paid a lot of money for. Will not be back.

Fantastic Stay – Best Hotel in Milan Right Now probably. I recently stayed at Hotel Principe di Savoia and honestly, I think it’s the best hotel in Milan at the moment. From the second I walked in, the staff made me feel so welcome. They were super friendly and always ready to help with anything I needed, whether it was giving tips on places to go or making sure everything was perfect in my room. The highlight for me was definitely the Principe Bar. The vibe there was amazing, and the drinks were some of the best I’ve had in a while. It’s the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring the city. If you’re looking for a luxury stay in Milan with top-notch service, this is the place to be. Can’t recommend it enough! This was my second time here and it was just as wonderful as I remembered it was last year. The rooms are beautiful, staff is unbelievably friendly and the restaurant is delicious. Easy to get around town from this location as well as walkable to the train station.

Our recent stay at this hotel was a huge disappointment, especially compared to our experience eight years ago when it was one of Milan’s top luxury hotels. Unfortunately, it no longer lives up to that standard and now falls short even when compared to nearby 4-star options. During our stay, the room temperature and main lights weren’t functioning properly, leaving the room freezing cold. This caused us to fall ill. Despite bringing these issues to their attention, the only compensation offered was a single “free breakfast.” Given the poor service and lack of proper amenities, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
