Excellent hotel and staff
Amazing hotel, the staff is so polite and helpful. Everyone at the reception desk made us feel very welcome and did everything they could to help us enjoy our stay. Our room ( suite) was amazing. There are two nice restaurants at the hotel , a formal one and a more casual one. Breakfast was very good , all looked and tasted fantastic. We had a great time visiting Milan and I’m glad we stayed at this hotel.

Excellent choice in Milan!
A very good choice to stay if you are on a trip to Milan. Close to many areas, amazing view from the top to eat breakfast or have a drink and of course great restaurant/bar. Friendly staff, clean and really spacious rooms. Definitely o hotel to stay again!

Stay in Style in Milan
Classy and modern! It is a very stylish hotel conveniently located. Comfortable bedding, great bathroom quiet as a tomb. The rooftop bar has spectacular view of the Alps. Only quibble-rooms should have Smart TVs as English speaking channel selection limited. Staff extremely attentive.

Fantastic hotel. Great location.
Fantastic hotel in a great location! The staff was amazing and helpful, especially Monica in concierge. Cabs were easy to come by and the food was excellent in the hotel. Anything we needed was immediately provided. Beds were very comfortable with high quality towels, soaps and shampoos. We even accidentally left items in the safe and were immediately contacted and their safe return was arranged . It was fun being close to Chinatown. Also very close to the main toursist attractions. Definitely would stay there again!

Modern Roooms, Excellent Staff, Great Location
Excellent staff and service, I was hesitant at first as the hotel seemed a little far from the city center but it ended up being perfect. hotel Viu is in a quiet area of Milan and easily walkable (or trammable) into the city center each day. The hotel was incredibly accommodating and the rooms and rooftop view were beautiful. The rooftop pool and restaurant/bar was the perfect way to cool down after the Milan heat each day.
