NH Collection Milano President

Just spent 2 nights at the NH Collection Milano President and found it to be in a great location directly in the heart of Milan and just a 5 minute walk from Il Duomo. The rooms had a good size and were totally updated. It had its usual NH look with nice beds, sheets and towels. The staff was very helpful and their buffet breakfast was excellent. A definite great hotel to stay in if visiting Milan.

We stayed here for our 30th Anniversary and the hotel was so supportive of our special needs and the staff went above and beyond to help us. I especially enjoyed the service we received every morning at the buffet breakfast. The entire staff is great but a special mention for Asif. He made sure we had any and all the food and drinks we could ask for. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the location is perfect near the tourist attractions. The staff's service was outstanding, especially Nouran, who was incredibly helpful. She assisted me in getting the right room and a beautiful view with ease. I will definitely be returning for another visit.

Excellent location and pleasant staff. That said, the hotel has a tired look to it — like it was built in the 1980s and hasn’t been updated much since. The door to our room looked as if some one had tried to jimmy the lock, which was disconcerting. And the drawers of the bedside table didn’t close properly. Moreover, no one made up our room for two nights, even after we asked. When we asked (again), it too two requests for someone to come to the room.

Great location very close tyo Duomo and breakfast was rich and nice to start the day. Ysabelle serving at breakfast was very kind and attentive.
