Terrible Customer Service & Lack of Accountability – Avoid This Hotel! I had a truly frustrating and disappointing experience with NH Collection President in Milan. I accidentally left a Dyson Airwrap (worth €600) in my room, immediately realized it upon departure, and contacted the hotel within hours to retrieve it. Instead of prompt assistance, I received delayed, dismissive, and unhelpful responses from their team. I reached out via email, phone, and even Instagram, only to be ignored for days. By the time they responded, they conveniently claimed they "couldn’t find" my item. This is a five-star hotel, yet their lost-and-found process is either severely flawed or completely dishonest. Housekeeping failed to return a large, expensive item left under the sink, and instead of taking responsibility, the management repeatedly brushed me off. To make matters worse, their final response was to offer me a one-night stay discount instead of properly compensating me—as if I would ever stay at a hotel that loses guest belongings and refuses to investigate! No cameras were checked, no real effort was made, and I was essentially left with nothing. BEWARE if you leave anything behind—there is zero chance you’ll get it back, even if you act quickly. This level of disrespect, lack of accountability, and failure to uphold basic hospitality standards is unacceptable. I expected far better from a so-called luxury hotel. I strongly advise against staying here, as customer service is nonexistent, and staff integrity is highly questionable. Shame on NH Collection for handling this situation so poorly. If you value your belongings and expect reliable service, stay elsewhere!

Nice hotel, great location. Clean rooms and bedsheets. Drawback was the construction in front of hotel. I had to carry all my luggage from across street. Also daily taking taxi across the street in the rain. My room was also right above the lobby entrance so there was a lot of smoking smell when I open the balcony door. The fruits at breakfast weren’t very fresh. But staff were super friendly and helpful. Special mention to Gilda who’s always smiling and helpful.

One of our rooms had a broken window glass and a broken floorboard. But, when we called the front desk to request a room change, the staff were very accommodating and quickly moved us to a different room. The new room was comfy and soundproof, providing a peaceful atmosphere for our stay. The location of the hotel was fantastic, and we enjoyed a lovely view from our room.

Excellent hotel, reception staff were extremely pleasant, breakfast was plentiful with amazingly friendly staff. Great location for all the usual tourist activities Room was a good size , bottled water & tea/coffee . Good amenities in the bathroom. Carmen, Gilda and all of the breakfast staff along with Nelly really made our stay most enjoyable.

I travelled for business purposes with my 14 months old baby. The hotel is very comfortable for baby travellers and staff are extremly amazing from entrance till end of our stay. Bell team, reception, bar team, breakfast team. They were all welcoming, cheerful and very proffesional. Very special thanks to Giorgio from bar, Ysabella and Asif from the breakfast buffet team. Also on weekend at breakfast area there were a musician lady. She was extremely magnificent artist. For my future visit I’ll definitely choose NH President Milano Hotel
