Breakfast staff Asif was excellent in service. The hotel location and the service of staffs are really superb. Next time would like to stay here again if I have the chance. All of them have good attitude and it has been a good experience. The hotel rooms are perfect to stay.

Fantastic breakfast buffet with a great variety of fresh, delicious options. The staff (Asef, Stefano, Stephanie, Fabrii, Lietcia and especially Victoria our server) were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure everything was perfect. A wonderful way to start the day!

The excellent location of the hotel allows you to visit the main attractions of Milan on foot. Indoor and outdoor cleaning. Adequate breakfast buffet with variety of goods and good quality. Polite and helpful staff, willing to contribute to the comfort of the customer and to solve any problem. Special thanks to Mrs. Viera for the service and immediate interest she showed us. The hotel is recommended for staying in the historic city center of Milan.

Since the first day I arrived to the hotel and everyone has shows me the warm welcome treatment.I have traveled everywhere in the world , but NH hotel has treated me the best so far. I would like to give a special thanks to Carmen and Bianca and all the staff in the dining restaurant for the amazing hospitality every morning durning breakfast. We stayed in the NH Collection Milano President for my husband's 30th birthday. I booked the trip as a surprise and had 2 nights in the hotel. We arrived on my husband's 30th birthday itself and when handing over our passports, the guest manager noticed the date and upgraded us to the Duomo Suite, the best room in the hotel. We couldn't believe it and it was such a kind gesture that really made my husband's birthday 10 times better. They also delivered a birthday platter of chocolate to our suite. The suite was incredible with fantastic views over Milan, we were so grateful for this kind gesture from the guest services manager. The hotel was clean, tidy, provided complimentary water, was cleaned each morning and the breakfast was one of the best buffet breakfasts we've had at a hotel. If we visit Milan again we will definitely be staying in this hotel!
