Exceptional service! A special thanks to the front desk team and Simone for their warm and welcoming hospitality. We were thrilled to be upgraded to the suite, which we later learned is the best room in the hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The suite was absolutely flawless—10/10 in every way. We highly recommend this hotel!

I went to Nhow Milano for a night with my significant other for our anniversary. It was probably the best experience we’ve had in a long time. The staff were more than friendly, extremely nice, funny and helpful. We were treated extremely well, and even got a room upgrade. The room itself was incredible : spacious, very clean, smelled very nice. The bed was super comfortable, the bathroom was very well equipped, the dresser too (they had a steamer available for us). It was so good we didn’t want to leave the hotel ! Simone helped us check out, he was very nice and helpful. The front desk staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The hotel itself is very nice, and well located. We will 100% come back.

very cold hotel as windows were not isolated room was dirty and furniture are old. Also breakfast was not as expected, but gladly they had a good espresso and cappuccino area is nice, but also not easy to reach did not use the facilities as gym or pool

I only write this comment to thank Sofia of the Reception. What a wonderful person. Nhow Milan is lucky to have her! She cared of my mum and I with professionnalism and kidness. On top of that all the staff will always have a smile for you and the hôtel is really superb (modern,clean,direct tram to Dumo in 10min/parking/hammam)

Working in Milan, so regularly staying around the city when I fly in for a few days. Very cool place, close to Navigli and well connected to public transport for getting anywhere in Milan. Great staff service and cool room. I would stay again. Thanks!
