Park Hyatt Milan

This was what you would expect but excellent none the less. Location practically unbeatable. Service impeccable. High price but it’s an expensive market. Thought the F&B was very good (breakfast/lounge etc) but perhaps not amazing; plenty cost effective options round about. The concierge Jack was as good as I have seen in recent times.

I want to express our gratefulness to the front door staff at the Park Hyatt Milan. My husband suffers from a disability that makes it difficult for him to walk. We were stranded near the cathedral and unable to hail an Uber or taxi. We were not staying at the Park Hyatt, but stopped there to ask the address to make it easier to get an Uber. The front door staff very kindly offered to call us a taxi, which arrived within moments to transport us to our own hotel. I am so grateful to them for helping us out in a difficult time. With a staff that great at the front door, I can imagine that the rest of the hotel staff is incredible, and I would stay there on our next visit to Milan. Thank you again for helping us out.

This might be my favorite hotel experience - the hotel is beautiful, the service excellent, the spa alone is worth staying here for, and the bar is excellent. The bathroom may be the highlight of the room - but every part of the room is thoughtfully designed. We ordered martinis nightly to our room (which came so promptly) and the perfect setting to enjoy them was the little seating area seemingly designed for just that. Our go to in Milan - Can’t wait to come back again.

Stayed 3 nights in one of the suits. From being greeted by the boys outside, to the minute we checked out we were impressed by the great service. All were professional but warm . The guest is first! Breakfast was great. We had a la card, and it was not a rip off . Dinner at the Pellico 3 restaurant was one of the best. I hope they will be getting the Michelin star. Location is the best to enjoy Milan Will be happy to stay here again .

Hotel location is beyond fabulous! You walk out the door and you are in the heart of Milan. The doormen are excellent! Rooms were very nice with beautiful finishings. Room was quiet and air conditioning worked well. Gym and spa were very nice.
