Very friendly accommodating staff always willing to help out. we really appreciated the staff speaking English and putting up with our limited Italian. Location is superb so handy for restaurants and shops and the major tourist attractions. Wifi was also very good, We would love to come back at some stage in the future, and would definitely recommend staying at this hotel,

The hotel, service and amenities were all outstanding. This is a first class hotel in all respects. Rooms were clean, spacious and well appointed. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, competent and professional. The location is perfect for a stay in Milan. We will definitely return when we are next in Milan

Perfect locationin de booming center of Milan with access to everything on walking distance. Also marvelous breakfast, including gluten free bread and solid beds. Easy going hotel with correspondi g facilities and service - Strongly recommend.

My wife and I stayed at Hotel de La Ville for a couple of nights. The hotel is quite nice and perfectly located for exploring the center of Milan. The rooms are clean, and we’d recommend it if you’d like to walk around and visit the Duomo, La Scala, the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele, Via Montenapoleone, and other wonderful sights within easy walking distance. On our second day, we decided to have lunch at the hotel’s restaurant, *Il Vizio*, as many other guests were doing. The food was excellent, especially the sushi. However, we had a disappointing experience with the service. The individual who appeared to be the head waiter, (maybe Gianpaolo) an elegant man, the only one in a suit and tie, and initially courteous, spent most of the time focusing on my wife. He smiled at her quite openly, while treating me with noticeable coldness, even ignoring some of my questions to continue making jokes with her. I tried to reassure her that it was likely unintentional, but his demeanor became tiring, and she ended up feeling uncomfortable. We left having enjoyed the food but were left disturbed by the experience. *Il Vizio* is not recommended for couples looking to enjoy a relaxed and quiet lunch together.

Lovely hotel, attentive staff. My second time to stay in the past two years. Definitely recommend this hotel. Also the location in the center of Milan is a big plus. The staff are very thoughtful and professional. The rooms are a major plus compared to many other hotels.
