Great location, just a couple mins from the Duomo square on foot. The staff were all very welcoming. The rooms were modern, clean and very comfortable. Excellent shower and bathroom facilities, only slight comment would be that guests should take their own hairdryer as the one in our room was not great. The cooked elements of the breakfast were slim, but a great continental selection. Worth checking out the rooftop bar on a stay as the views were incredible.

I just spent two nights at The Square Milano Duomo, which has a great location that allowed us to walk easily to all our destinations. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed. However, I would have rated it four stars if it weren't for the disappointing service. Upon arrival, no one offered to help with our bags, and the check-in experience was lacking—staff were uncommunicative and unfriendly. Later that evening, when I returned to the front desk for directions, I found them unhelpful again. Unfortunately, this left a negative impression, and I’m uncertain if I would choose to stay here again, as the front desk really sets the tone for the hotel experience.

The hotels check in process was mixed up and not fair to customers. With the first couples check in the hotel tried to charge them for his spouse. It was an extra 50 Euros a night, instead of understanding that an online reservation might have said 1, but we were traveling as couples! In the end the customer found a way to make it happen for them, meanwhile the front desk was blind to customer service it’s trying to accommodate the customer. The 2nd couple found their room unacceptable as the couch was as you entered the room facing the door. The front desk could not accommodate with an upgrade, and were unwilling to lower the rate for a lesser room. An upgrade would cost more, but a downgrade was”too bad” for you! No empathy, just the rules state this! Very disappointed in the hotels actions and I would not recommend it for your stay unless you want a difficult experience!

Very modern hotel reflecting Milan at its hippest in an excellent location near Piazza Doumo with our room available well ahead of time upon checking-in. Reception/concierge function was very good & consistently helpful. There was a strange absence of ‘please make up my room’ signs for the door (the door signs had ‘do not disturb’ printed on both sides) requiring us to ring reception and advise when the room was ready to be made up. Breakfast was very good with excellent service & coffee made to order. The only shortcoming on breakfast was that the sausages were consistently dry and basically inedible Beautiful rooftop bar and restaurant overlooking Milan with wonderful service from Francesca & her colleagues. Just a tip that the restaurant and bar prices are consistent with the location & view. Really, the only real criticism was that one of the lights was off over the vanity unit in the bathroom and was not repaired while we visited in spite of advising reception.

This hotel pretty much has it all--nice contemporary design, thoughtful staff and a great location; highly recommend it. Milan has so much to offer; it overwhelms and our time back at the hotel to regroup was ideal. Breakfast was outstanding and the staff even boxed us one to go when we had an early check out to make a train. So much to do in Milan, but don't miss the Navigli District.
