Another awesome experience at the Pfister
Not my first stay at the Pfister and won't be my last! Staff is very friendly and accommodating. The room was perfect! Atmosphere at the lobby bar and Blu were on point. Never disappointed in the service we receive! Got a recommendation for bunch at Cafe Benelux that was well appreciated, and the valets were quick and responsive.

Beautiful hotel with outstanding service
Beautiful luxurious decor from lobby to guest rooms. Spotless clean and quiet rooms. Service in Mason Grill is outstanding and food is delicious. Service was attentive and just perfect. Club level food and service added a special experience. Entire stay and experience were relaxing. Checkout was efficient and friendly.

Heavenly Pfister!
This is an absolute joy of a hotel. Clean, beautiful, exceptional room quality including the comfiest bed and pillow ever. The staff was super friendly, and the restaurant had delicious food. The Blu restaurant has a beautiful view, although it took awhile to get a drink. Love this hotel!!!

An excellent stay
A big shout out to Jack at the front desk who sorted out my billing paperwork. He was the consummate professional—smart, patient, personable, thorough and resourceful. The Pfister staff was amazing overall, at the front desk, the bar, the cafe and the concierge.

Great date night retreat
From the minute you walk in the door, you are surrounded by a warm atmosphere and elegance. The plush bedding and stunning view of the Milwaukee skyline made us want to stay longer. I would highly recommend staying here and stopping at Mason Street Grill for a bite and a drink.

It has been a week since our anniversary and we are still hearing rave reviews. Everyone thought the Pfister was beautiful, dinner was delicious and served efficiently.
