For the first time in many years, I can’t fault the service and stay here. Long gone are turndown service and diamond in room treats and lounges. But, great bar, room was great, no housekeeping issues, comfy robes. Note the room descriptions are out of date - they mention a bath tub, but instead there is a luxury shower. Did not eat at the property but bar had great drink options. Mini fridge in room worked well and was cold. Ice is not on every floor so you may have to hunt. Location very central but be forewarned it can be loud at night on the weekend.

Staff, wonderful. Cosmos staff, amazing and food was lovely. Beds and room comfortable. Didn’t realize there was a rebranding but same standards. Would stay again. Attended a concert at Target Center and the Skywalk is very easy to use. Valet and security staff were very friendly. Enjoyed my mini stay thanks to this hotel. Will be back!

This is a great hotel in a great location! We were here for a Twins Game, hosting clients. The staff is absolutely amazing, especially the front office manager Romar! He went above and beyond to help us and gave us an area where we could get client collateral together (we had to stuff 60 bags!) Housekeeping was so good, my room was exceptionally clean. Restaurant was good too. I highly recommend!

We stayed at this property after the recent rebranding from Loews. It was a great hotel, the rooms were great, the restaurant for breakfast was good. We picked it due to its proximity tonTarget Field, which is amazing. I'm a diamond member with Hilton, and the room was reserved under my name. I also drove my car to the property, yet the valet guy wouldn't speak to me. He instead had to go the the passenger side to speak to my husband, who I had to give the keys to, he had to give my name, and the valet had to park MY car. The misogyny is ridiculous, and I did confront the man. He never apologized, he just nodded and smiled. It really left a bad taste and I'm disappointed in the stay and the staff they employ in valet. I'll definitely self park somewhere or pick another property in the future.

I was just saying at this hotel for a wedding. First of all the staff was SO rude. No one helped me carry my bags up to my room which was already a struggle let alone the double set of elevators to get to my room. Then my key card wasn’t working which was extremely aggravating. I was trying to be a champion because I was like oh wedding weekend for my friends be positive…but then I noticed the bed cover was all crinkled and disgusting. Also, the plumbing was awful in our room. The sink in the bathroom smelled so bad, and there was definitely something in the pipes of our room. And also the toilet handle was not properly secured. Overall terrible hotel for the price I paid and I’m very upset.
