Hotel Hermitage Monte-Carlo

We stayed with friends for 1 night to attended the Opera This really is a great elegant and upmarket hotel - albeit also very expensive. The staff are very professional and friendly Having said this there were mistakes made which tainted our experience The mini bar was “locked” and even though we asked twice it was not unlocked and yet on our bill there were several hundred euros of mini bar charges. The bill also included other service charges which we did not incur All these wrong charges were reversed but in view of the fact that I again mentioned the mini bar being locked they should not have been included on bill presented to me in check out

My husband and I love Monaco and last year stayed at another location. We opted to try the Hermitage this year and truly enjoyed every moment. The atmosphere is ornate but yet also gives a relaxing vibe. We chose the exclusive room with sea views. Our room was spacious and had calming decor. On our 3 night stay we did use room service and Le Limùm for a few lunches and were very impressed with both. Breakfast was also a lovely highlight. Staff was exceptional and made us feel welcomed every time we encountered them.

I have had a magical time at Hotel Hermitage. It is not just a hotel with a stunning architecture, interior design and world class facilities. It is also a hotel with exceptional customer service ethos. All staff from all departments were very helpful, warm, engaging, well knowledge and always happy to go above and beyond. This experience was well above my expectations and I will definitely return back soon.

We choose this marvellous hotel for birthdays celebration of my lovely wife. Starting at front desk with Mrs Melissa Commes in charge then at breakfast Mr. Stephane I thank them very much for their warm welcome and excellent service. Mrs. Melissa was very kind enough to upgrade our room to a junior suit, which is very nice and comfortable. The whole hotel with its excellent location, beautiful interior is beyond all expectations.

Once we checked in, we were escorted to our room by Kahn. This man was extremely arrogant and dismissive throughout our walk. Our room was small, but well appointed. There were 2 closets but no drawer space. Vincent at the concierge was extremely nice and helpful. He helped us make a reservation for dinner..and it was an excellent choice. Overall I would say this wasn't a great experience for the price we paid for the room. Would I stay here again.... probably not.
