Very disappointing for the price we paid. The bedrooms were so dim that you couldn’t even see yourself in the mirror. Asked maintenance to change the bulbs, but it was still inadequate. He did bring a few lamps that helped the situation in one room. In the other bedroom there wasn’t a working outlet for the lamp. Hence, we also couldn’t charge our phones in the bedrooms as there weren’t any outlets. Showers were dirty. Mold and grime in between tiles. I emailed the front desk the first night and spoke to the front desk the next day. She initially said no one could come clean it until our last day because they were all busy. After explaining we would be leaving the next day she said she would try to see if someone could clean it. No one came. The kitchen was poorly stocked. Only one usable large pot. The other pot was rusted and chipped. Did not feel safe using it. There were no cutting boards or knives to slice anything. Very disappointing for the price we paid- $2000/ nt for 3 bedrooms. Unit was nice however there is no maintenance and very poor service at the hotel.

I was surprised to see that they offer for the cheap room price. I could live in a room like this, it had everything that I needed. One bedroom, living room, kitchen, a sofa bed and a Murphy bed, 2 full bathrooms. The Kitchen had a mini-fridge, stove top, microwave, coffee machine and a dishwasher.

Chateau Beauvalon, where expectations are met with surprising reality! It starts with the grounds, which seemed to celebrate the fall season by embracing a state of neglect. Perhaps this is their nod to nature's untamed beauty? It seems a roof renovation is their all-encompassing excuse for skipping basic maintenance. But OK, let's not be too harsh—construction can be a bit of a challenge to manage, especially the roof. So, I'll let this one slide. The cultural experience was certainly unique. While diversity is a beautiful thing, I was left wondering if I had accidentally booked a trip to a South Asian destination instead of Quebec. A little more local flavor might have been nice. It felt as though some cultures have little respect for their hosts, and unfortunately, this was evident with the crowd at the hotel during our stay. The stained carpets in the room were an unforgettable feature, and not in a good way. The offered solution of covering them with sheets was innovative, if not entirely hygienic. If the rooms can't be properly cleaned or renovated, perhaps they shouldn't be rented out at all. This was actually one of the worst aspects of our stay. We paid about $350 per night for a double room, which we thought was a fair price, but the carpets were so disgusting that it alone ruined the experience. Dining at the hotel was an adventure in itself. The bar, when open, served drinks that were more like samples, at full price. A $50 bill for a half martini, half amaretto sour, and a cherry-less Shirley Temple was quite the surprise. The lack of breakfast options and a proper coffee service meant daily excursions just to start the day right. The lobby's espresso machine serving hot, whitish water was the cherry on top. Chateau Beauvalon has all the potential to be a top destination in Tremblant. If only the ownership would reinvest some profits into improving the customer experience, it could truly shine. Don't let them tell you that this isn't being done because they're a shared ownership. From what I understand, room owners only account for about 10% of the hotel's assets, which means the Westin Trust group has about 90% say in what goes or not. Overall, it was a disappointing stay, especially knowing how great this place could be. Here's hoping for a change that matches its potential.

Our recent stay at the hotel was quite disappointing. The property itself is very run-down, with no pool available and the restaurant closed. Unlike previous visits, there were no breakfast options offered. The rooms are extremely dated, and the carpets were filthy—we actually put down sheets to cover the many spots and used towels on the sofa. Thankfully, Stephanie did her best to alleviate our disappointment, but overall, it was not the experience we expected. All this due to co owners not stepping up!!!!!

spent 2 days at this charming hotel. Are you looking to peace and quiet, well this is the place, 5 minutes from the center of Tremblant village, they also have a shuttle if you don't want to drive there. and 15 minutes from city center. 5 minutes from Scandinavia Spa.
