We had a mixed experience during our stay at Fairmont Mont Tremblant. The Good: Most of the staff were warm and polite, with some truly exceptional service. A special shoutout to Patrick at breakfast—his attentiveness and kindness left a lasting impression on us. The breakfast itself was fresh and delicious, making it a highlight of our stay. The ski valet service was convenient, and the ski-in/ski-out access made our days on the slopes seamless. We also enjoyed the hotel’s prime location in the heart of the village, allowing for pleasant evening strolls. The pools and hot tubs were spacious and wonderfully warm, adding to the relaxation. The Not-So-Good: While most of the staff were professional, we did encounter a few disappointing interactions. Notably, the valet at our departure was aggressive and unhelpful when we requested to charge our car, despite paying $60 per night for parking. This left us with a sour impression. Housekeeping was another weak point. Towels were removed but not replaced, bedsheets were not changed, and basic amenities like toothbrushes were missing—something you’d expect even at a mid-range hotel, let alone a luxury one. The room itself felt outdated, with broken kitchen cabinets that needed attention. Additionally, cleanliness in the hot tub area was questionable, as we noticed incidents like drinks being spilled and children getting sick in the water, raising concerns about how often it’s properly cleaned. A small but frustrating detail was the extra charge for storing ski boots and poles with the valet. Given the premium price of the hotel, this felt unnecessary and a bit cheap. Also, a few front desk staff seemed reluctant to be fully transparent with information or to proactively accommodate what we had already paid for—whether due to a lack of training or simply indifference, it did not reflect the level of service expected at a Fairmont. Overall: Despite these issues, we still had a good stay. However, for a five-star resort with a premium price tag, the experience fell short in some areas. We would love to return if management takes constructive feedback seriously to elevate the guest experience. Guests choosing Fairmont Mont Tremblant are likely familiar with high-end resorts and have clear expectations—so if you’re going to position yourself as a luxury hotel, it’s important to consistently deliver that level of service. Otherwise, the premium price doesn’t feel justified.

What a wonderful setting for our girlfriend’s getaway. Sebastian was our server for lunch and breakfast. He adopted us and made everyone feel so special. One friend was lactose intolerant and he went out of his way to accommodate. The whole tram was very warm, welcoming and professional.

Sara from the management team was very helpful and very nice , she helped us resolve our small issue we had. I recommend everyone to stay at this hotel. Thank you

Beautiful hotel, great location! This is our second time at this great hotel. We stayed to ski in April about 6 years ago and went back for U.S. Thanksgiving in 2024. Both times, the service was incredible. Felix at the front desk helped us our first night when we arrived, sending needed items to our room at midnight! He was incredible. He even had two dog bowls set up and treats for our dog upon arrival. At check in, Matthew was incredibly helpful, and Janette lugged our suitcases to our room and gathered additional items. We had some amazing walks with our dog on the trails right across the street from the hotel. They treat dogs really well here (ours is 80 pounds). The hot tub is huge and wonderful - different little alcoves to sit in so you are not crammed in with others. There is an outside bar nearby and waiter service at the hot tub. The ski valet is efficient. The ski lift is right outside the door in the back of the hotel and very convenient. The bar is festive and beautiful. The downstairs place for breakfast take-out was efficient and the staff friendly every morning. We had a suite that had a separate bedroom and bath. There was a dining area as well as living room that had two pull out beds facing each other - perfect for two teenagers. The little kitchen had everything we needed. The view of the mountain and village was great. We never go back to the same hotel, but this one is worth it.

This was our first time to Mont Tremblant and we lucked out with the resort we picked. I was down to this and the Westin (I’m a Marriott person) but we chose the Fairmont and hit the lottery. My crew was looking to ski and it had been 5 years. We wanted to keep it simple and it was simple and lux all at once. Ski rentals are at the base of the hotel and you simply ski out of the hotel and jump on the lift. The service was excellent. We stayed on the gold level and thought it was worth it! A beautiful place to unwind, get a quick bite, hang out, etc. I also had a spa service. Only thing we weren’t crazy about was the dinner at the hotel one evening but loved all the food on the gold floor. All their staff were there to serve and made the trip wonderful. Can’t wait to come back next year!!
