Excellet stay
Stay was excellent: room, restaurants, staff were all at or above the standard expected. Strongly recommend staying away from the SPA, poor quality of service and as a result way overpriced.

Somewhat Old Accomodations
All the furniture and deco of the hotel is very old. The only floor that they promised with new decoration is the one with a surchrge of almost 60% above the price paid. Our fee did not include breakfast. In my opinion they should close the hotel and refurbish completely. The A/C in our room is so noisy you could hardly sleep. This is nos something you found in a Fairmont Hotel before.

What more can u ask in Tremblant
Very nice hotel . Very centrally located to market, restaurants and Gondola rides. Rooms are clean, well equipped with amenities. Offers nice view of country hill side and Tremblant village. Smooth check in & Express checkout . Cosy rooms

Great facilities and service, room was ok
Facilities (bar, pools, public areas) are great, it is definitely the highlight at this hotel. The service from the front desk, housekeeping, and the valet was good. The room was outdated, but it was comfortable. Overall, I would rate this hotel as good/decent given the price.

Lovely renovated room and great service
Gold floor is fully renovated and rooms are very nice. Special thanks to Cedric, Marie and Claire who looked after us over 4 days while we had to work from the lounge. They went above and beyond for all hotel clients. Would definitely stay again.
