We discovered this place thanks to Google-searching for golf in Tuscany, and what an amazing find it was! We experienced true luxury with 5-star service from caring and kind staff, friendly and interesting guests from all over the world, amazing property, in a gorgeous town that felt like a fairytale. We were there to relax, and that we did. The RAKxa Spa was incredible, and in hindsight I wish I had taken more advantage of the pool. We explored nearby Volterra and San Gimignano. The highlight of the trip was Truffle Hunting! The chef prepared a 3-course gourmet meal with our bounty. Food was also a highlight, and we were happy with the simply prepared dishes with fine ingredients. The Breakfast buffet was outstanding...almost overwhelming...reminiscent of outstanding spreads that we enjoyed in Gleneagles, Scotland. We vowed to return again, perhaps in the month of May, to experience this beautiful part of the world in a different season.

I spent this past weekend at the breathtaking Castelfalfi Hotel with my two daughters, sister in law and niece. It was truly a weekend to remember, and we’re all still talking about it. The property is absolutely stunning, and the experience exceeded every expectation. My girls loved the enchanting Christmas market—it was pure magic for them. We also found the RAKxa Spa to be an extraordinary sanctuary of relaxation, a truly special place that I’m already eager to revisit. The spacious bedrooms and the elegant interior design showcased an exceptional eye for detail, which added to the luxurious feel of our stay. The service throughout was phenomenal, and I’d like to particularly commend Benjamin, the guest relations manager. His friendly and attentive service made us feel so well looked after, and the special visit to Villa Bianchi to see the jukebox played by a beloved celebrity was such a thoughtful and memorable touch for my daughters. As well as the festive drinks in the ’secret house’ in the middle of the christmas market. The breathtaking views, service, and absolutely delicious food all combined to create an unparalleled experience. Your team’s dedication to hospitality truly shone through in every detail. I am already looking forward to returning in the summer months with my husband to explore the vineyards, see the golf course, go truffle hunting, hiking etc. Once again, thank you for organising such a wonderful weekend for us. It was a joy to stay at Castelfalfi.

The stuff of dreams - lovely hotel in an enchanting part of the world, immersed in unique landscaped perfection blending into the immensely beautiful natural surroundings, all combining to form something truly special. Beautiful hotel lobby and a wonderful bar, round the corner from the hotel's gorgeous main restaurant which also serves an excellent (and varied) breakfast. Chic and comfortable room with all the modern amenities one could wish for, and great dining both in the main building as well as further down at the golf course clubhouse (the casual dining restaurant was closed as we were outside of the high season). Memorable overall experience.

I’ve had the pleasure of staying here “seven times”, and each visit has been nothing short of magical. This hotel is a fresh addition to Tuscany, yet it feels timeless with its perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The staff are phenomenal – friendly, attentive, and fluent in English, making communication easy. Service here is impressively quick, which is something I always appreciate. Every meal has been a culinary journey; the food is authentic Italian, complemented by wine and olive oil sourced from the hotel’s own vineyards. You can taste the passion in every bite and sip. Activities here are endless, whether it’s golfing, indulging in a truffle hunt, pizza making, or yoga while taking in the rolling hills that are straight out of a postcard. Their spa is based on wellness concept, where you can get treatments that will help you sleep better or recover from jetlag! Cleanliness and hygiene are paramount here, so you can relax and enjoy the beautiful, high-class ambiance. The vibe is wonderfully unique – in the mornings, you’ll see guests, many from the U.S. and Europe, in their golf attire heading for their 27 holes golf course. Rare supercars parked out front, combined with the adorable dogs accompanying guests, creates an atmosphere that’s both luxurious and inviting. If you’re looking for an unforgettable stay in Tuscany with every comfort and charm, this hotel is it.

I recently stayed at Castelfalfi for four days and was completely captivated by the stunning views. The entire environment exudes tranquility, complemented by beautiful landscaping and a variety of excellent facilities. The food was outstanding, enhanced by warm and attentive hospitality. This is one of the best places for a nature walk or run with family and friends. I highly recommend Castelfalfi for a relaxing getaway with loved ones, far from the hustle and bustle of city life.
