Half Moon

The hotel staff was excellent. Brittney the hotel clerk was so friendly and helpful. Beautiful smile and very professional. The view is spectacular. The room are very spacious. We arrived on the full moon and it was so beautiful. Everyone was so kind.

We hadn't been to Half Moon for more than a decade. It used to be tired and a family oriented "food fight". They added Eclipse and took it to another level. It is quiet, well run, staffed by friendly employees, and 180 degrees from what it used to ber.

During our stay, we discovered an exceptional talent at the Fitness Centre - Andrew, whose expertise as a manual practitioner transformed our family's wellness experience. His Percussion Therapy sessions proved remarkably effective. I experienced two treatments - a 1.5-hour session and a comprehensive 2-hour session combining therapy with strength training. The results were immediate: enhanced running speed, improved court agility, and better sleep quality. The treatment's success led me to recommend it to my family members. The most remarkable transformation occurred with my 80-year-old mother-in-law. Previously requiring assistance from one or two people to stand up, she gained the ability to rise independently from her dinner chair after just one session - an improvement that lasted throughout our vacation. The benefits extended to my husband and father-in-law as well, with all family members showing noticeably improved mobility after their sessions. Back in Ontario, I continue to maintain the exercise routine Andrew prescribed, though I often wish he would establish a practice here. Andrew truly stands out as the Fitness Centre's hidden gem at Half Moon.

Bed and pillows were the most comfortable. And I have stayed at a lot of resorts. Top notch. Very relaxing. Resort is set up for easy walks but also offer bikes for getting around. An abundance of cart rides with drivers were also available. Everyone was polite friendly and helpful.

My stay at Half Moon Resort was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make every moment of my experience perfect. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail truly set this resort apart. A special shoutout to the incredible chefs Claudio, Odari, and David, whose culinary masterpieces made my stay unforgettable. Every meal was a delight, crafted with precision and bursting with flavor. The food was, without a doubt, one of the highlights of my visit—absolutely amazing. To make our experience even more special, we had the pleasure of meeting the General Manager, Shernette Crichton. She is incredibly kind and sweet, making us feel so welcomed and at home during our stay. Her presence truly reflects the heart and soul of this remarkable resort. The resort’s views are breathtaking. Whether gazing out over the serene landscape or soaking in the peaceful ambiance, it felt like paradise. It was the perfect place to relax, recharge, and enjoy life’s simple pleasures. I can’t say enough good things about Half Moon Resort. Everything was awesome, and I’m completely in love with this place. I can’t wait to come back for another unforgettable stay. Highly recommend
