Amazing colonial style hotel with a plethora of wonderful restaurants and good shopping surrounding it. Beautiful nice sized rooms. Chipinque national park is very close and highly encouraged to go hiking for the amazing views. San Pedro is a wonderful area with beautiful architecture. Also very safe for tourists.

The hotel overall is very nice, with an excellent location, most of the staff very helpful, and the rooms spacious and very comfortable. The hotel needs to improve its overall condition as it looks old and poorly maintained in some areas. Room service and the bar are expensive.

My family had a wedding here and was promised so many yet the hotel did not deliver. They also gave my grandmother a hotel that was unclean with bed unmade and trash everywhere. They gave the bride so many headaches causing her to stress on her big day! Don’t get married here! They have no idea how to plan!

Even tough Quiinta Real has the most spacious rooms in Monterrey, we encountered many bad experiences in our stay there. Shower was packed with hair on the floor, the sheets of our bed were bad kept, calling reception could take over 10 minutes, if you asked for something to be brouhgt to your room such as nespresso capsules, you could forget about it. Bar service was pristine and reception people was very nice as well. I wouldnt stay there again if I´m being honest. Too bad for this jewel of a hotel.
