Oasis of quite
This place was a dream place - the oasis of calm in the middle of city. The rooms we huge and there was absolute silence there. The breakast was delicious.

Nice facilities, bad keep
Even tough Quiinta Real has the most spacious rooms in Monterrey, we encountered many bad experiences in our stay there. Shower was packed with hair on the floor, the sheets of our bed were bad kept, calling reception could take over 10 minutes, if you asked for something to be brouhgt to your room such as nespresso capsules, you could forget about it. Bar service was pristine and reception people was very nice as well. I wouldnt stay there again if I´m being honest. Too bad for this jewel of a hotel.

The service was ok. There was no one to take our bags to the room. The bellboy service and attitude was subpar, except for the last bellboy that took our bags at checkout, he was very kind and attentive. The first room we got smelled musty and as a matter of fact, the whole 4th floor smelled this way. The tub was dirty, it had hair and some dust. The room was, aside from musty, hot and humid when we got to the room. We were expecting to be greeted with a cool, fresh room. Then it took us a while to reach reception and they finally changed our rooms. The bellboy was indifferent and asked us if we wanted him to take our bags or if we could take them ourselves??!! The room we got was much better in terms of cleanliness but the the bathtub was old and rusty and the finishings were peeling off. It definitely needs more upkeep.

Another great experience
It had been a while since I had been to MTY, but this stay reminded me why I need to visit more frequently. From the valet parking, to the staff at the front desk to the assistance provided in the business center - it was all done with a smile. It made the entire stay a very pleasant experience.

We had a wonderful time !
Our Daughter had her wedding reception here, and we had a wonderful time! Special mention to our waiter, Jason, who attended to our every need during dinner and the dance afterwards. Jason was a consumate professional, as were all the staff during the event.
