If you are looking for a handicapped accessible hotel, this is the one! Ramps throughout, no-step entrance, and wide rooms that allow easy access with a wheelchair. They even provided a shower stool for us to use. Do note that the shower is not a roll-in shower. Beautiful room, but there is noise at night from being in the Old City and during the mornings due to street construction. It did not bother me much, but my husband who is more sensitive to noise, was woken up on Friday morning with the construction crew. The crew did not work weekends. Terrific valet service and - a plus - the hotel has an electric charger in its garage.

The hotel suites are incredibly quiet. We've stayed here four times and have never had neighboring guests or city noises disturb our rest. The staff are friendly and attentive. And we love the valet parking. We also love the location -- right behind Notre Dame.

Stayed at this hotel prior to taking a cruise that left from the Port of Montreal. The hotel's location is excellent for exploring Old Town Montreal; you're basically IN IT! It is surrounded by many restaurants and shops and the staff can make loads of recommendations. It is also a convenient location to the Port. Without having to haul luggage for a cruise, the walk to the Port would be but a leisurely stroll in minutes. The hotel staff, from Front Desk Reception to the Concierge(s) to the wait staff in the restaurant were very professional, friendly, knowledgable, and efficient. The fresh breakfasts (which were Included in our rate) were large and delicious, served in a pleasant dining room that is open and airy, yet intimate and relaxing. There is also a full bar in the hotel. The recently renovated room itself was quite large (as you can see from the many room pictures shown at the site) and nicely furnished. There was an espresso machine, a teapot, minibar and other nice amenities. Even the bath products (e.g. body wash, shampoo, etc) are L'Occitane; a classy touch. The Only Con that I could mention...and it is certainly NOT the fault of the hotel, is that at the time (and for some time to come given the extent of it) there is quite a bit of heavy street construction directly around the hotel (and in Old Town, in general) making some navigation (both on foot and by vehicle) a bit dicey at times. However we didn't find it all that distracting or disturbing to our stay. Just be aware it's there. I would highly, Highly recommend staying at this establishment!!

Located in a great part of Old Montreal and the building is modern with a historical tone. The rooms are very comfortable and the staff are friendly without being pretentious which allowed a very low-key individual as myself to feel welcomed and supported. I am considering it for a couples getaway for sure.

The service was amazing. Staff was courteous, polite and helpful. Great location in Old Montreal. From the moment you walk in you realize that this hotel is special. Smells great. The staff is bi-lingual. Room was spacious. Location is central to old Montreal and walkable to the Convention Center.

We went over the July 4 holiday and stayed at Le Saint-Sulpice Hotel in Montreal, which was a great luxury suites hotel. Everything was easy on the booking end and the package was as good or better than stated.

I stayed at Le Saint-Sulpice in Montreal from the 1st to the 4th of November, 2004, and I absolutely loved it and am hoping to go back in the summer. So, without a doubt my experience was a very happy one. Thank You.
