Very well appointed rooms with some nice added extras. Real glass glasses, night light in bathroom, great shower and comfy bed and bedding. Lots of plugs and a mini fridge. The hotel is well situated with walking distance of many stores & restaurants. It is uniquely decorated with an artistic flair. We enjoyed our visit there and would certainly stay there again.

Montreal’s Hotel10: Pros: small, friendly hotel that accommodates pets and has a pet store. Also has usual amenities, like exercise room. Good in the little lobby café, like tasty gazpacho and an assortment of olives. Front desk people recommend good restaurants within walking distance. Cons: unlike most hotels there is no directory of local restaurants or even listing of the hotel’s amenities. Worst problem: thievery. A small white dish and spoon used to manage medications disappeared the first day. My wallet, which I had left in the room, disappeared on the last day. Summary: You may enjoy staying there, but watch out for your belongings.

We were very impressed with the level of customer service we received from the staff at every turn during our recent stay. Everyone was incredibly helpful, polite, and went out of their way to make our stay as wonderful as it could be. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were nice, and being able to go to a cafe and get a massage without leaving the building made it even better. The only thing that I thought should be mentioned is the level of noise outside that could be heard from our lower level room one night as people were out late on a Saturday night. The hotel has no control over that, of course, but if you are a light sleeper I would recommend asking for a room higher up or at least not directly on the Sherbrook and St. Lambert corner.

We had a delightful stay in the junior suite of Hotel 10. The room is very spacious, superclean, comfortable bed and has a nespresso coffee maker (the selection of coffee pods was too good). The staff was friendly and helpful in particular, Mr. Boris, at the front desk. This is at the corner of Sherbrooke Street ( 10 minutes walking from the Saint Laurent Metro Station). There are some amazing restaurants around (Dunya (Middle Eastern), Cafe Rutba (Indian) and Miracolo (Italian)). It felt a bit unsafe as we reached at night but after figuring out the vicinity, we were relaxed. It is not very close to the downtown attractions and if you are taking hop on hop off city tour then add 30 minutes by walk, or 12 minutes by taxi to reach the pick up point.
