One of best hotels I've ever stayed at. Beautiful exterior. Unbelievable bathroom (heated toilet seat, are you kidding me?). Super helpful staff. Solid breakfast. Nothing could have been better. (A little pricey, but if you are looking for luxury, you probably won't be shocked at the sticker price.)

Just a great comfortable hotel . The staff, Michael the concierge , the cleaning staff the folks at the front desk and at the front door are outstanding. i booked through the leading hotels of the world so we received an upgrade and breakfast . The breakfast and waitstaff are also superb . i’m a Brooklyn boy and i know this is sacrilege but I have to say that the the blcc were in par with my hometown If you are coming to Montreal stay here. In fact we are still here and look forward to returning . Great hotel kudos to the staff

This hotel embodies luxury and attention to detail on every level. From the moment you arrive you are greeted by the staff who are ready and willing to assist you with your luggage. Check in was seamless. I stayed in a junior suite and very impressed with the spaciousness of the room. The bathroom was amazing. While I will not go heavily into details about it, I’m not a person who dwells on the bathroom accommodations. The floors in the bathroom are temperature controlled, the shower made up a third of the bathroom with two sources of water (huge overhead rainwater plus a handheld device), three sources of lighting just in the bathroom alone and a state of the art toilet(with bidet) Temperature control of the room was fantastic and very modernized. Lighting along with the black out shade and drapes were electronically controlled.there were several different light settings. Each day housekeeping ensured that any supplies were replenished and a very high level of detail was painstakingly taken. Turndown included a small chocolate as well as the ice container being filled. If you really want to pamper yourself or if you are typically accustomed to the finer things in life, I highly recommend this hotel. One more important detail, the hotel’s location is in close proximity to most of your needs and desires, most being within a short walking distance including the Metro (safe and fast way to get to more distant destinations).

The staff are highly hospitable and courteous and ready to assist you with your needs, even those you may not yet have explicitly asked for. The hotel itself is a marvelous juxtaposition of a gorgeous architectural style dating back from the 19th century and hi-tech, modern rooms and amenities. It was all in all a delightful experience and I would not hesitate to return.

I love this hotel. It is the perfect combination of historic building and modern room amenities. The staff are always helpful, friendly and welcoming. They often remember me and are so accommodating. All things considered, I think this is the best place to stay in Montreal.
