Amazing customer service
My wife and I were to check in on Thursday afternoon, but due to a flight delay getting into NBO, we ended up leaving quite late. Sharon was so kind to liaise with the chef to ensure we had dinner. The whole stay was amazing and the team made this possible.

Beautiful hotel and nice services
First time in Africa, I never expected to find such a beautiful hotel here; it’s completely different from what I imagined. The moment I entered the hotel, I was stunned by the breathtaking scenery, and all the staff were so warm and welcoming. I wish I could stay in this beautiful place forever. I chose one of the hotel’s activities, and having a guide along with two armed guards showing me the local flora and fauna was definitely a unique experience.

A Great Stay!
My family and I stayed 2 nights at Mt. Kenya Safari club to end our safari and it was a great stay! The staff was very friendly and attentive and the room amenities and fireplace in your room at night was a lovely touch. The view from the backporch at Zebar of Mt. Kenya was incredible.

Mount Kenya Safari Club is the best
By far the most amazing place to stay. Warm, welcoming and very pampering. I cannot recommend this place enough. The gardens and orphanage were incredible. They offer horseback riding , swimming, and even a maze. The wildlife onsite is truly something to see.

Great experience
Great place to stay! Very nice Accommodations. And better than great customer service . Paul our room steward was the best. Pool nice and large and clean. Grounds are manicured to perfection . Family and friends had a great times. Not our first trip and will not be our last
