Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai

We had a lovely stay. The rooms are spacious and well laid out, with Forest Essentials toiletries and plenty of amenities. Room service options were also very good and the breakfast buffet is the BEST. The service was great and made you feel like you were home. Definitely go up to Aer for a sunset and enjoy the scenes. The hotel is well located in Worli and easy access to many spots. The staff really are the differentiator - they go above and beyond…remembering an off handed comment about vada pav, they made sure to have some ready for breakfast the next day. The concierge was helpful in making reservations for me where I wanted to go and even helping order some special mithai I wanted to take back. Do check out the spa - I had a lovely facial :)

Super clean and well built. But below average food. Despite several instructions, the food wasn’t to the mark. Poor experience for a first timer at FS mumbai. The check in wasn’t smooth enough either. I had to go around my booking details for more than 30 mins n do a fresh booking. After i made the payment, they found my existing booking too.

I had an excellent stay at the Four Sesaons at Mumbai. They have a whatsapp feature which allows you to make specific requests - for instance i was able to pre order my meal before even checking into the hotel! Extremely prompt service and the location is always a very big advantage when traveling for work.

We recently stayed at Four Seasons to celebrate our anniversary, and the experience was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality of the staff made us feel truly special. A big thank you to Mukesh from Reservations, who went above and beyond to help my husband plan a surprise for me. He ensured our room was beautifully decorated with flowers, balloons, and a delicious anniversary cake. His thoughtful arrangements made our celebration even more special. Sonali from Concierge was incredibly warm and welcoming. She took great care of us throughout our stay and even surprised us with some thoughtful goodies to take home. Her kindness and attention to detail made us feel valued. At the restaurant, Milind recommended we try the chef’s special dosa, and it turned out to be one of the best we’ve ever had! A big shoutout to Chef Prasad for preparing such a fantastic dish—we absolutely loved it. The entire team at Four Seasons exceeded our expectations, making our stay truly unforgettable. Can’t wait to visit again!

It was an amazing experience on 9th Feb 25 at Opus- Sunday brunch. Indian and Continental Food by The chef Mr. Anil was just out of this world. We tried sushi, Angel hair pasta, Lamb chops, Truffle Mac & cheese, pomfret, biryani, chicken tikka and you name it. Also a naughty 1 year old baby girl with us was comforted by the soothing live orchestra, kind service staff cuddling the baby and paying special attention to her. Baby food for the little one was a treat…
