Grand Hyatt Mumbai

Brilliant hotel , staff were absolutely excellent throughout our stay, we were upgraded on our arrival which was a lovely surprise, the room were massive with a lovely bathroom and kitchen area, the housekeepers were very friendly, with all our needs taken care off. Also the lounge access was fantastic, with a lovely selection of food and drinks, overall a brilliant experience. Highly recommended hotel.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Grand Hyatt Mumbai back in May, and I’m finally writing this (long-overdue) review. From start to finish, our experience was incredible. The hotel was impeccably clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast buffet was simply amazing! A special shoutout to Roshan, who worked at the breakfast buffet—he was hands down the best! Roshan’s attentiveness, warm demeanor, and proactive service truly stood out. He made sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to make our mornings memorable. He was so kind to my mom and uncle! My uncle wasn’t feeling well one morning, and Roshan went out of his way to check in on him and make sure he had everything he needed. It was such a thoughtful gesture and truly made a lasting impression on us. The entire team at the Grand Hyatt created such a positive experience that we’ve already decided: the next time we’re in Mumbai, we’ll absolutely be staying here again. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the city!

Omg what to say they sell the platinum membership and have lots of hidden charges. You pay for the membership and then they write as 1 complimentary night in that they will ask u to buy breakfast. 2nd night complimentary they will write and they will ask u to buy 2nd night compulsory to enjoy free night 😆. How can u get scammed more then this. Then they will give u free cake to buy 2 snacks and then take ur cake. Will give u free wine then will ask u to buy lunch or dinner 😃😃😃. How else you can get scammed by this membership. Omg never expected this kind of service and wait wait wait lemme tell u the best part there is no help desk and no customer support. You know there was complimentary lunch in that they gave fixed thali and in that small bowl of sabzi, small bowl of dal, 1 roti, small bowl of rice and if u need extra u need to pay for full one plate haha and the quantity was so much that u had could eat only 1 bite of chapati with that.

Beautiful hotel, great breakfast buffet and staff is very attentive. Had an amazing time at the hotel. The pool was very beautiful and the hotel is very clean. The room service and house keeping staff is very attentive also. Will be looking forward to visiting again soon.
