Unbelievable disrespectful
I had a very interesting experience with the Grand Hyatt in Mumbai. When arriving on Monday November 18th at 01:30 in the morning with a colleague we were told that our rooms needed to be cleaned and would be available after 45 minutes. After waiting 2 hours without proper explanation (other than that our rooms would be available in another hour) we had to arrange our own taxi and left to stay at another hotel. I understand that problems can occur, but the lack of honesty and no guidance at all in arranging a hotel room elsewhere, that is perceived as very disrespectful. It is not something I expect from a five star hotel.

Italian food at its best
Mohit (team lead) and David (associate) were exceptionally good and food was delicious. The ambience was really nice and the Restaurant manager Rohit (hope it's the correct name) helped arranging bouquet. One of the best Italian I've had in Mumbai. We celebrated our anniversary and they made it special.

The whole ambience is awesome specially since this was a special day for us. Vishal & team were very humble & took good care of us on this special day since it was our wedding anniversary. Nice options for vegetarians like us. Keep up the good work.

Vishal Sakpal and Logesh did a fantastic job of taking care of us for a friends birthday they went out of their way to Make it special for us The food and service is always 5star as always. Highly recommended at the 55 east restaurant We enjoyed our dinner.
