Chef Farid's cuisine
Had delicious food at the Lounge. Thanks much to Chef Farid, the food was well curated.Especially, the Mutton kebab was very well done and tasty. Enjoyed the radish cake as well. Food was presented hot. Proactive service by the hotel staff in a very nice ambience made the visit a very pleasant one.

It’s a very nice experience and my child loved it . Specially Dhirendra and Priyanka for taking care of everything. The moment entered here felt calm n soothing atmosphere. Very happy that choosen this one . Breakfast menu and taste to good . 24/7 food ordered that also good .

Simply fantastic
The Room was well Maintained and cleaned by Sunil and made sure everything is in the right place. The bed is perfect for sleeping with the type of mattress and pillow provided. It's a great moment staying at the grand hyatt mumbai and hoping to come back here.

Laxmikant and Priyanke were amazing! The overall stay was fantastic. Terrific breakfast, wonderful customer service and everyone is super kind and attentive. Love the attention to detail - we even got beautiful flowers in the room and fresh fruit. Highly recommend staying here!!! And the pool is 🙌🙌🙌🙌

Great hotel - but check event calendar first
Comfortable hotel. Great staff. Excellent breakfast buffet. All around great hotel… Except… During my stay, a massive Indian wedding was held in the courtyard below my room. My room and bed shook to the noise and thumping until 3:30 am. I did not sleep a wink. The staff suggested that this was a regular occurence here — Indians love their wedding parties. “So sorry to have disturbed your rest, but what a beautiful wedding it was, yes?” Um, no. Not for a tired guest Just check the event calendar before you book.
