We stayed for 4 nights in this beautiful hotel property and we would definitely stay here whenever we visit Mumbai. As beautiful as the Oberoi is, the service you get is incredible. Everyone here treats you like a VIP and they are so nice and kind, I can tell they are very sincere about wanting to please you. The rooms are beautiful, new and modern and very comfortable. The restaurants have amazingly delicious food. I cannot find a single fault at this hotel.

An amazing property with everything you can think of! Check-in and check-out was smooth. Reception goes all out to make you comfortable. Was part of the wedding party of Mr and Mrs Anurang Jain. Breakfasts were excellent; the Indian restaurant at this hotel is excellent...a great stay!!

Super friendly staff. And I mean each and every one of them. The hotel is extremely well managed. Very good communication between different departments which I see lacking at many 5-star properties these days. Personal butler service is fantastic. The food here is phenomenal. Not just made to give you a variety of options but to truly be as good and as authentic as it should be.

You cannot beat the standards set by this hotel. From the minute you arrive to the time you leave- the attention to customer service is impeccable. The restaurants are amazing with breakfast that sees you out for the day . We loved our stay and will visit again.
