The Oberoi, Mumbai

This is an outstanding hotel with top notch staff all providing excellent service. The hotel’s restaurants were very good. The outdoor bar area is a must visit in the evening as it is beautifully lit and has a great atmosphere. We enjoyed the complimentary yoga by the hotel pool in the morning but preferred to use the larger pool at the Oberoi’s sister hotel, The Trident, during the afternoon as it was larger and also sunnier.

Absolutely incredible stay at the Oberoi! The service and staff were amazing. Everyone was so attentive and all the small details really made our stay the best ever. The rooms were clean and well stocked, beds were very comfortable, and housekeeping was perfect. Highly recommend getting breakfast included! They provided extensive continental breakfast and menu options, and everything was delicious. We also got massages which were wonderful. It seemed like there was a staff member around every corner to offer assistance or any services needed throughout our stay. Incredibly happy with our experience from check in to check out! Will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Mumbai.

Checked in with family. Had booked 2 rooms bay view side. We were greeted well at the reception. But there was a delay in the check-in as 1 of the room wasent ready. However from this moment the staff made sure we felt comfortable at every moment. We got an upgrade to an ocean view room and pampered with chocolates and souvenirs. My son was exposed to a life changing experience with a class with master chef preparing souchi's. Also were given a complementary lunch buffet. I must say the staff made sure that we are greeted well and taken care off at every moment. Special thanks to Ms. Mallika dasgupta who was constantly looking after pur comfort. I must say that we are overwhelmed and felt privileged. We as a family were all in the different age groups and each one had his or her share of lovely moments. Thanks and god bless. Small gestures matters and you guys made sure it is passed on. Lovely stay and location . Suite ocean room is spacious and comfy. Suggestion : need sauna and an upgrade in the colours of the upholsteries and wall paintings to pep up the mood more. Recreational facilities were also good with good breeze flowing in the pool area. Thanks once again!

The most incredible staff and attention to detail. Everyone has been gracious and thoughtful, I will be back. Thank you for making my short stay so memorable and comfortable, I did not want to leave. It is unusual to find this level of care and positivity in hospitality and you are one of the few.

Great room, Bay view, hospitality and personal butler sevice. The hotel is bang opposite Nariman Point good for evening walks. The ambience the room service and the breakfast spread was quite nice. We were greeted with complimentary fruits and lovely chai. Highly recommended
