Just had a fantastic stay at this hotel, Everything was spotlessly clean, and the location was perfect for getting around. Our room had everything we needed, and the housekeeping team did a great job. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, making us feel really welcome. A huge shoutout to Ms. Priya at the front desk – she was amazing! She went the extra mile to make my son Master Dhairya's birthday unforgettable with lovely decorations, flowers, a cake, and a gift. It was such a thoughtful touch. We'll definitely be back

From the moment we stepped into The Oberoi Mumbai, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of warmth and elegance. The exceptional service given at the Front Desk and Concierge by Ms. Mallika Das Gupta, Sachin Mehta and Nabeel made our stay in Mumbai a delightful experience. Our daily breakfast was five star greeted by Rathika welcoming smile and the endless tasty dishes recommended by Walter. At the Ziya restaurant we had a marvelous dinner with the attention of our server Dhiren. Nothing would have been short of perfect without being pampered by Marina in Housekeeping who kept us in awe with impeccable turndown service and the thoughtful gestures left in our room. All this topped by the fond farewell received by Aditja at check-out. The Oberoi Mumbai is not just a hotel; it is an experience in refined hospitality. If you’re looking for an unparalleled blend of luxury, comfort, and impeccable service, this is the place to be. We cannot wait to return!

The hotel was amazing. Beautiful ocean view, lovely furnishing and luxurious bathtub. The breakfast was delicious, what a treat to have Indian cuisine from different regions. Wait staff was impeccable with wonderful recommendations. Staff was friendly, helpful and efficient I highly recommend this hotel. My only complaint is the floral scent in the main lobby was a bit strong for me and irritated my throat.
