Taj Lands End

I had 6 rooms booked for 14 members. 1) Bharat Rao and his team from Taj were very helpful with this booking. I thank them all 2) however, room was not ready , even after my family did late check out around 1630. 3) extra bed was requested in advance multiple time but no arrange was done for day 1 4) no invoice or any recipient sent to payee 5)I will email to cusumer commissioner of Canada ,and Canadian embassy in India to aware other Canadian travellers.

We spent 9 days at Land End, the entire Housekeeping was great, and staff always smiling , starting from Marie Therese, who stopped by to check on us,and our floor manager Nitish, and Ashok ensured that we were well cared. not to forget our bar incharge Shafi, Well this does not stop , all Hotel restaurants had well trained team, and listened to our special needs, and ensured that we were satisifed. In short a great experience,highly recommended,

A group of 10 friends visited India and ended our visit of our last two night staying at the Taj Lands End. Needless to say our welcome at the hotel was excellent and the rooms and amenities superb. Special thanks to our friend Viren of Guest relations who made our stay unforgettable. His addictive smile and in-depth knowledge of the hotel and of Mumbai made our visit superb and with a promise that we shall be back. Thank you!

Had an amazing stay at Taj Lands End Hotel Mumbai. The rooms, hospitality, everything was perfect. Going on a business trip I always prefer staying towards Nariman Point but this time I stayed here and it was really comfortable and amazing. Thanks Taj
