Had a truly remarkable stay at Taj during my team outing. We enjoyed the breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets at Vista and Masala Bay, and each meal was exceptional, complemented by the courteous and attentive support staff. A special thanks to Ashwini, Mayuri, and Suraj for their outstanding housekeeping service. Their warm hospitality, attention to detail, and dedication truly enhanced my stay, making it a wonderful experience. Looking forward to visiting again! 😊

It was all about the sea link view. Flush wasn’t working such a disappointment after booking an exclusive room. No one guided us the way to the 25th floor we had to figure it out. Being a frequent traveller and a platinum member wasn’t as per expectations.

Room experience is good, check in / check out was smooth, House keeping staff was quick & efficient, specialy Mr Maruti/ Ms Ashwini, Archana & Mr Ajay. Buisness centre experiance is very poor/ Drilling noise continuously disturbed us during our round table meeting with minister at salcette room, banquet people are very helpful, good food quality & taste. Difficult to deal during bookings of venue & overall event, need to inform every single thing after giving program schedule in advanced as per hotel policy, very difficult to deal with Taj Lands End sales team particularly, Ms Reema from Taj global sales team assist us time to time.

We had a great breakfast at Vista. The food quality and the variety is really good and totally lived up to the expectations. The cold coffee was amazing! The entire staff was very sweet and helpful. The live sitar music was also nice. Great hospitality!!!
