The Taj Mahal Palace

We stayed in the Taj for four nights and were very comfortable. The service could not have been better, from the special touches the housekeepers leave in your room to the warm relationships with the staff. We ate in several of the restaurants and enjoyed everything, especially the breakfast buffet in the Sea Lounge. The Taj Mahal Palace is a peaceful haven from the hustle and bustle of the Mumbai streets.

I stayed in Taj Mahal Palace hotel for 4 days and got the best experience in terms of Hospitality and very positive attitude fm hotel staff. Every staff was courteous and very supportive. So far this was the best service experience me and my family experienced. One must stay in this hotel to feel the difference. They literally pamper you with their service. Beyond imagination.

I Visited Shamiana on 11/12/2024, it was my parents Anniversary and upon visiting we met Mr. Manas from Shamiana. He attended us from the beginning and we mentioned to him that it was a special occasion. He arranged us a beautiful Anniversary cake and also by introducing us to Tata Neu offered us a 10% discount. Overall services are gud staff is very cooperative and supportive everything is on time pool area is very clean we all members enjoy food is very yummy and delicious I enjoy many yummy dishes hotel environment very gud parking facility also very satisfying.
