Excellent Taj Hospitality
My family was very happy with Taj Hospitality. Excellent welcome provided by Taj Palace Staff and service! One of the best 120-year-old hostels, The Taj Mahal Palace, Mumbai, and a fantastic experience. Tata family history and legacies will get the information about the hotel and their business vision, etc This Hotel has 2000 Photos, Old Architecture, etc collections.

THE MOST HISTORICAL HOTEL
Taj Mahal is simply enchanted, rich in its history located in front of the Gate of India Smiling, welcoming and friendly staff High end restaurants including Souk Lebanese, Golden Dragon Chinese and a Bar by Morimoto The cleanliness is top notch The outdoor swimming pool is huge and never crowded if if the hotel is full The SPA is incredible I have tried the 2 hours treatment massage which is a MUST Highly recommended The lounge from 6pm to 8pm where the drinks are complimentary is a good opportunity to meet others hotel guests and enlarge your connections Definitely a place to explore further again

Iconic
Staying at this hotel is just an amazing experience. The architecture of the building is stunning. The level of service was also outstanding. The flower arrangements everywhere were just beautiful. We had no complaints, only great memories.

Out of the world experience
Our stay was extremely warm and memorable. The staff made us feel like we were at home but with grand luxury. The entire experience from checking in to checking out was just simply amazing and seamless. Thank you Taj for making our stay feel like an out of the world experience.

Taj Mahal Palace/Taj Towers mix up
Stayed at the Taj after some 4/5 years and a few things have changed. Last time there was a clear separation and divide between the exclusive Taj Mahal Palace and the Taj Towers hotel next door. However this time we had to perform the check in process on the towers side and we were also informed that a few restaurants we might want to eat in would be based on the Towers side. This for me is not right, we pay a high rate to stay 100% on the mahal side so the 2 hotels should not mix. Service and Food was of the usual high standard. Cost as always is very expensive.
