This is a hidden gem. Hidden on quiet side street in a beautiful neighborhood. The hotel is beautiful and the staff were Incredible. Friendly, knowledgeable and anxious to help in any way. The facility is very relaxing and immaculate. First day we were tired and stayed in to eat dinner at the hotel. The food was terrific and we struck up a conversation with a very engaging man who turned out to be the General Manager (Kay). He provided lots of very helpful information and it was obvious he was proud of the hotel and of the city. It was one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had in every aspect. Thanks to everyone we interacted with at this lovely hotel.

I loved this hotel. It was absolutely charming - there are so many special little hideaways such as the winter garden, the 4th floor terrace. It's on a non-busy street with a discreet entrance. I had a single room on the top floor which was adorable with a comfortable bed, free mini-bar and all the charms of a 5 star hotel. The only complaint is that the breakfast is a bit expensive for what it is, although that might just be standard hotel pricing. Would only stay there if I went back to Munich.

The service and generosity at this small boutique hotel is unmatched. Less-touristy-but-still-convenient location and just around the corner from Käfer. We felt welcome and cared for…special mentions to Laura, Alex and the GM though everyone was lovely. Thank you, München Palace.

We loved this hotel for having the best staff, for being very clean and comfortable and very accommodating of request for a late check out. Had room service on our balcony several times, all nice quality. We had cesear salad and club sandwich, all good

My friend and I stayed here for 4 nights at the end of June. We were so happy with this hotel! First, everyone was very nice and helpful. We felt so welcomed by the porter and front desk agents when we arrived. Check in was easy and our room was ready which was great since we arrived around noon. We loved our room! It was beautiful! We had a double room with two twin beds. The room wasn't huge but it was fine for us. We had a fair amount of closet space too. The room was very clean and well-appointed. There was a basket of fresh fruit and a chocolate eclair waiting for us upon arrival. Delicious! Turn-down service was quite nice also! Our room was on the fourth floor which was perfect. We were super close to the fitness center and the roof deck with chaise lounges. It was lovely! The hotel was in a pretty good location. It was close to some nice restaurants though it was a bit of a walk (over 30 minutes) to get to Munich's Viktualienmarkt. Overall, we were so happy with our stay here! Thank you to all the staff who were so good to us.
