The hotel management is not telling the truth, we did not accept and returned back the champagne that they have offered for their extremely unprofessional behaviour, and additionally, the reduced rate is not accapted by us. We had a discussion with the hotel manager on our matter however, he was not helpful at all. What a mismanagement from Kempinsky Munich! Even they have failed in every aspect of the matter, it is further disappointment that they are not telling the truth and misleading the facts.

Hotel that wants to be nice but isn’t. Not accommodating at all. Waste of money - it’s a Marriott at best. Rooms are clean. Bar is nice but small and terrible service. If it was a Hilton or Marriott it’s on par but not a high end hotel at all. Save your money and stay else where.

If you have a handicap stay away from this hotel . out of the cab with my walker in a suitcase with no help from the Bellman push the suitcase hand walker up to the front door. The doorman said may I take your suitcase then had to lift my walker up three sets of three stairs to the main entrance. The front desk gave me a room on the third floor, then had to lift the walker up two more sets of stairs to get to the elevator got off the elevator 3/4 floor walk down the hallway to a set of stairs, six stairs going up to 411 stairs going down to three went back to the front desk and said this is unacceptable so they gave me a room on the floor one which was at the back of the hotel after I requested right room near the elevator, but it had a ramp with a very steep slope.

I was on a quest to find an Internet café in Munich today, and it turned out to be quite a challenge. After visiting a couple of hotels in the city center to inquire about nearby Internet cafés or computer stations, I was met with responses like, "Oh, I don’t know," which was frustrating. By chance, I walked by Hotel Vierjahreszeiten and approached the delightful ladies at the concierge counter. They not only recommended a nearby Internet café but also offered me the opportunity to use a computer in their public area. I was genuinely blown away by their kindness and willingness to help, which is becoming increasingly rare in hotels. Even though I wasn’t a guest at their hotel, they went above and beyond to accommodate me. When I offered to pay for the use of the computer, the concierge sweetly responded, "It’s our pleasure." This level of customer service is truly exceptional. Kudos to the management and staff at Hotel Vierjahreszeiten for creating such a welcoming atmosphere!

This was our 11th stay at this hotel & it never disappoints..from the welcoming staff, the gorgeous & well appointed rooms & excellent service in the dining areas & the Jahrszeiten Bar. The breakfast buffet is scrumptious & definitely one of our favorites in Europe. The close proximity to the Altstadt & shopping make it the perfect location for easy walking. We always look forward to going back. Thank you all for another wonderful stay.
