Grand Hyatt Muscat

My first stay in this Hyatt and it was quite exceptional. The great hall areas are presently under renovation but the hotel remains immaculate. The service is highest tier at all hours from the reception on arrival at 3am to the start of each day at breakfast. Im particularly impressed with the service staff who welcome each guest as if genuine friends each day- Rakesh, Abdullah T., and Khadija, the gentlewoman maestro running the omlette station who greets my family with a smile so warm it feels like a hug. I will absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others. Great location overlooking the Gulf of Oman, and the sunrises inspire poetry. An exceptional, memorable stay made by exceptional people who clearly take pride in the service they provide.

Everything was great parth ,khan and abdullah.t these three staff members were great .it was under construction but despite that ,it was 5 stars . We were sad to leave the kids wanted to stay longer. the jon berry lounge was great . remember parth khan and abdullah.t

The hotel is currently under an extended renovation, impacting access around the place and restricting facility use. The value for money was not there - reduced menu for lunch and dinner on a full board, no pool availability on site and constant noise. The hotel currently presents itself as a construction site. The positive is the people side of things - the staff was amazing, always there for you to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Mocha Cafe supervisors and teams, especially Waseem and Rakesh, - thank you very much for your efforts and willingness to make us feel special.

Grand Hyatt muscat is very beautiful ocated on the sea beach makes more nice, The moka restaurant Mr Ahmed, Abdullah, washim, gives a great customer service, the breakfast was good and I got a very good omlet from one lady chef I forgot the name, she was great as well and the che chef who makes dosa, he was good, overall grand Hyatt experience was awesome,same goes to front office, great customer service, thanks to grand Hyatt muscat,

We recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, there were some positive aspects. The breakfast was definitely the highlight: plentiful, varied, and with fresh products. The room was also comfortable, spacious, and very clean. Unfortunately, there were also negative aspects that impacted our experience. The hotel was undergoing renovations, and, quite importantly, we were not informed at the time of booking. This resulted in constant noise during the day and a less relaxing atmosphere. Additionally, some common areas were inaccessible, which limited the services we wanted to use. Another disappointment was the desert excursion. We expected to spend more time in the desert, but instead, we only stopped briefly at the tent for a few minutes before heading back. It was far from the authentic and immersive experience we had hoped for. Had we been informed about the ongoing renovations and the nature of the excursion, we would have certainly chosen a different hotel or reconsidered our plans.
