Grand Hyatt Muscat

Grand Hyatt muscat is very beautiful ocated on the sea beach makes more nice, The moka restaurant Mr Ahmed, Abdullah, washim, gives a great customer service, the breakfast was good and I got a very good omlet from one lady chef I forgot the name, she was great as well and the che chef who makes dosa, he was good, overall grand Hyatt experience was awesome,same goes to front office, great customer service, thanks to grand Hyatt muscat,

We recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, there were some positive aspects. The breakfast was definitely the highlight: plentiful, varied, and with fresh products. The room was also comfortable, spacious, and very clean. Unfortunately, there were also negative aspects that impacted our experience. The hotel was undergoing renovations, and, quite importantly, we were not informed at the time of booking. This resulted in constant noise during the day and a less relaxing atmosphere. Additionally, some common areas were inaccessible, which limited the services we wanted to use. Another disappointment was the desert excursion. We expected to spend more time in the desert, but instead, we only stopped briefly at the tent for a few minutes before heading back. It was far from the authentic and immersive experience we had hoped for. Had we been informed about the ongoing renovations and the nature of the excursion, we would have certainly chosen a different hotel or reconsidered our plans.

The hotel is very very good. The service is excellent, very professional and welcoming staff. Large and comfortable rooms, beds, clean and spacious baths. There is renovation going on in the hotel so the pools and some of the restaurants and of course rooms with view are closed. I am sure the hotel will be magnificent when finished. Thanks to all hotel management and staff.

Really great stay welcoming 2025. The staff hospitality was top notch. The rooms were amazingly spacious. We enjoyed our time in evening lounge and were so excited to meet Parth who was single handedly managing the whole operations of the lounge. He is gem of a person and didn't disappoint on the 3 evenings we were there. Bappy from housekeeping was also very supportive and took care of request. The location is very nice, just 2 mins walk to Qurum beach. The breakfast was also very nice, having a big spread which was delicious too.

We stayed here for two nights. pool is shut down and also construction is happening starting at 5.30am !!! nowhere in the world you can start drilling at 6am!! I asked the staff initially to give me a room that is farther from construction and they indicated the room does not have any noise coming to it, while i was unable to sleep for two nights, and since its a short stay, its not possible to find another accomodation at 6am! (which is what they told me ) do not book this hotel and stay away.
