So helpful.
We arrived in Niarobi at 4am and found our safari guide ( scb tours and travel ) had not sorted out our 21-day safari and left us at the airport with no communication. We got a taxi from airport to hotel, where we should have had room for 2 nights but nothing, we walked in and told them our situation and they could not do enough for us. The room was immaculate and service 2nd to none. They assisted us in every way. We had free lunch and dinner. Then we got a guide to takenus on to our safari Destinations. Highly recommend and appreciate all their help. 5 star service with smiles.

Comfortable stay
Very clean and beautiful property. Maxwell and Benson are really nice hosts. Loved the fact that they remember the needs of the guest and meet them. Club lounge is a good place to chill and have a relaxing experience. Overall, it was a good stay.

Nice places to stay in Kenya
Sarova Stanley hotels and game lodges were absolutely wonderful. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, everything I would hope for and more. We were pleasantly surprised coming to a third world country and we would stay again. Very hospitable employees made the stay even better!

Great atmosphere!
The staff is so nice and helpful, from the start to end of our stay! Some names I remember helping the most are Victoria, Vincent, Peris, and Alex! The pool restaurant, the breakfast cafe, and the Thai-chi restaurant were all delicious! Lots of new food to try.
