Exçeptional service at Sarova Stanley a place to be
We were wíth communication authority group for dinner at ball room Sarova Stanley.we were welcomed by Rachel.The food and service were Exceptional.The team led by Rachel and Winnie.The service Crue Jade,Dauphine,Dennis,Sarah did a tremendous job.Thank you team we will be back next month

Great hotel with a special historic flair
I love the historic charme of this hotel. It also offers great breakfast and has a very lovely bar (exchange bar). But most of all, I appreciate the great staff, who are so super nice, especially Benson and Olive, in the executive lounge!!! I will be back!

The experience was good at Thai chi and thank you for your service Jacky and Alex. The food is fresh and the atmosphere is also good , the food was delicious and the waiters were kind and patient with us , and thank you for everything and we will be back again.

Hospitality at its best. Front office - Sarah checking us in was in/out a jiffy, concierge was very prompt with our bags, in & out, breakfast - quite sumptuous and excellent services oriented staff, in- room dining was excellent as well - clean, quick and precise. Will be back, for sure.

Best week at the Stanley
One week at the Stanley and absolute FANTASTIC experience it was. Historical hotel, wonderful rooms and food but the best was... the service :). I would like to thank everybody, from the desk staff (Caroline and co), the concierges OG (Joseph, Peter, Paul and all their wonderful tips about Nairobi, the teams at the breakfast, pool desk, gym, everybody involved, you are the utter BEST. ASANTE for making my stay so great. I will come back and highly recommend this place to anybody. It has SOUL :)
