I stayed at the Sarova Stanley last week of November. This was my 2nd visit to Sarova & it was a pleasure to see Steve @ the Concierge desk, his service remains top tier ☑️👌🏾! Very friendly, warm & giving you the vibes that make you ‘feel at home’! Thank you Mr Steve!! I had a lovely stay & will definitely recommend a stay at the Sarova for that warm, nostalgic, old luxury feel! The rooms are clean, the food is good & service is great 👍🏽!

Wonderful hotel, world class service and fantastic ambience. Very welcoming and kind hearted staff, from Steve the concierge at the Lobby, to Peris the Hostess at 5th floor. Rooms were always clean and cosy, Rose was incharge of maintaining the floor my room was in and I must say she did a very good job. My laundry was always attended to and delivered on time by Salome. It truly enjoyed my stay and hope to visit again sooner than later.

Stayed here for two nights before going on a safari, the hotel had a classic old world, charm, and service to match. Maxwell one of the hotel staff was gracious enough to give us a complete tour in history of the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The Thorn Tree restaurant in the hotel is open 24 hours. Food was very good and reasonably priced. Other amenities include a heated pool, sauna and gym. I would highly recommend this hotel if staying in Nairobi.
