Originally a staging post for Imperial Airways, the Lake Naivasha Country Club, part of the Connect collection of Preferred Hotels & Resorts, has been transformed into a beautiful property with a luxury hotel. Set on lush green lawns, this historic property promotes a relaxed ambiance. The rooms, designed with custom furnishings and modern amenities, replicate the soft serenity of the area.

This was our second stay, having been here 5 years ago, and was a stopover between game parks. The accommodations are very colonial and do show a bit of wear but are comfortable. If you are familiar with other Muthu properties this is similar. The staff is friendly and very professional. The meals are tasty and slant towards Indian cuisine. You can see wildlife outside your bungalow door, especially hippos. If you do a boat tour of Crescent Island you can be left off on the grounds. The pool looks very nice, though we didn't have an opportunity to use it. We would recommend if you are coming to Lake Naivasha.

They have the best staff with a top notch hospitality. I can't forget these staff Aska & Natasha (from the restaurant) and Ezekiel the woderful security guy. The ambiance, the animals (giraffes, hippos, monkeys) made my stay worthwhile. The reception team are also wonderful in their services. The only recommendation I have is that there should be well equipped first aid box in the case of emergency like involving knee scraping which I experience during my stay.

The environment is the most friendly, with a very natural feel. The staff here are very very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are so clean and safety is something they take so seriously. It’s also so quiet, if you really need a quiet place. I had the most amazing time.

Great hotel in fantastic location. Staff were friendly and efficient. The lodge room was lovely in a stunning location with wildlife freely roaming the grounds. The room itself was great but could use some updating in the bathroom area. The food was nice and the staff were always courteous and friendly

Excellent place to be without entering national park fees. Super staff, dedicated and helpful. Well maintained swimming pool surrounded by zebras, girafes waterbucks and hippos at night while by hundred of birds during the day. Recommended
