I had a fantastic time ! Hoping to be back soon . Fairmont Mount Kenya Safari Club is an absolute gem that blends luxury, nature, and adventure seamlessly. Nestled in the shadow of the majestic Mount Kenya, the hotel offers breathtaking views and an atmosphere of serene tranquility. One of the highlights of my stay was the incredible horse riding experience. Riding through the lush, scenic trails with the mountain as a backdrop felt like something out of a dream—perfect for nature and adventure enthusiasts alike. The dining experience was another standout. Every meal was a delight, featuring a mix of local and international flavors, all prepared to perfection. The variety and freshness of the food made every bite memorable, whether it was breakfast with fresh Kenyan coffee or a gourmet dinner under the stars. The staff truly elevated the experience. Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. They went above and beyond to ensure every part of my stay was flawless. The hotel also offers a range of activities to suit every interest, from guided nature walks to relaxing by the pool or exploring the animal orphanage nearby. Fairmont Mount Kenya is more than a hotel—it’s an unforgettable experience that I can’t wait to relive!

Amazing experience, excellent stay, great conservancy efforts. Array of wildlife in the conservancy. Rooms have a fireplace that keeps the rooms warm. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Wonderful meals. Improve on the golf course or have it as part of complimentary.

Had an amazing Christmas holiday at Fairmont in December. The customer experience was top-notch. I would like to specifically mention a lady called Lavender. She is an angel. She is very dedicated in ensuring that visitors are as comfortable as possible. Lavender is kind, ever-smiling and ever warm. She made my experience at Fairmont an unforgettable one. If you happen to visit Fairmont, I hope you are served by Lavender as well. She is the best!!

This is a very beautiful place. Special thanks to our turndown room service attendant Mr.Paul Mugo. Mugo did a very fantastic job. He's English is very coherent...we loved his introduction not forgetting his knowledge about the hotel. Mugo he's very wise. Mugo he's very clean. Out of 10 I rate him 9/10. Mugo gave us a little story about Fairmont. To be sincere he's a good housekeeper. When I come please let him attend our room. Thank You Mugo.

Our stay at the Fairmont Hotel was nothing short of amazing. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable—perfect for unwinding after a long day. The whole place is so well-organized; you can tell a lot of thought goes into making everything run smoothly. A big shoutout to Paul Mugo, the housekeeper who ensured our room was always spotless, and Parity Gaki, the warm and friendly waitress who made us feel so welcome.
