Andaz Napa

Steak and egg, detox juice, and green smoothie not included in globalist free breakfast. Was not informed at check in so was met with surprise at check out. Manager insisted I received a letter saying this upon check in though I didn't. Refuse to listen or solve problem, stubbornly insist I got the letter with no proof. If the hotel could pull the surveillance video of my check in, the manager would see she's wrong. Not sure if this is manager's tactic for charging over globalist free breakfast to all globalists, or her way of profiling guests.

We returned to this hotel for two night after staying only one night last year. Once again we weren't disappointed. Starting with restaurant suggestions by the concierge :Nick and continuing with Natalie at the front desk, everyone made us feel welcomed. Breakfast was great, and we especially appreciated the service and conversation with our waitress Velma.. Miguel did a fine job serving us on the second morning, but also doubled to get our car on the first morning. Overall, it is clear that this is a well run hotel with a staff that is justifiably appreciated. It is also in a great location in downtown Napa that is an short walk to truly great restaurants. We plan to stay here whenever we visit Napa Valley.

A cozy conveniently located hotel in the center of Napa downtown. A lot of restaurant nearby, all within walking distance. Very friendly and helpful staffs. Plenty of parking space available right behind hotel. Very good breakfast serve at the Farmer's Table.

We always stay at the Andaz when we travel to Napa. It is the perfect location. Plenty of restaurants, shops and tasting rooms all within walking distance. The rooms are spacious and no carpet which is a huge plus!! We love the outdoor area where they play live music and have a firepit.

The hotel is located right in downtown’s Napa, amazing spot, not that far what so ever from anywhere you needed to go like restaurants, stores, shops etc. Very beautiful location both during the day and especially at night with the city lights; my boyfriend and I had an amazing time during our stay. The staffing was fantastic and very professional, the breakfast was delicious, and the building itself is so beautiful. Highly recommend stopping by and staying even if it’s just for one night; definitely want to go back and stay longer. Longer you stay, the more you don’t want to leave, I know I didn’t. Thank you again to the gentleman that checked us in!!
