The property is nice and the room was clean. However, there was no hot water. I called the front desk at 6:30am after I had tried to warm the water a long time to take a shower. I was notified there was no hot water in either building on the property. We checked out 10 minutes later. No comps or discounts were given.

Had lunch and Olive & Hay. Our server Aman Java was outstanding. He was working hard to accommodate all the tables, even though they were short staffed. He was very attentive and catered to her every need. Thank you Aman for a great experience!

The hotel and the service were amazing and perfect for the festive season. The staff was extremely helpful, in particular, Jan Torres was really helpful with showing us the way through the ice skating rink. Overall I would absolutely come back!

This property is a hidden gem in the Napa Valley. They have a very nice Spa (Spa Terra) and other great amenities. The food at the Ember Steakhouse was amazing and all of the staff were very accommodating. We came for our anniversary and came back just for a short getaway. So if you’re looking for a resort quality without all of the travel and you’re in the bay area looking no further the Meritage Property is Well worth it!

The property was beautiful, but we experienced several issues. My sister and I booked the Merry Meritage skating package, but our first room was dirty. The concierge upgraded us, but the second room also had a dirty spot on the floor and stains on the sheets. We opted not to move rooms again and settled for new sheets. The website stated that ice skating was available daily from 11 am to 10 pm, but we were told it wouldn’t open until 4 pm, and later, not until 6 pm. This forced us to rearrange our dinner plans. Despite being told we'd be notified when the rink would open, we were never informed. When we finally got to skate, the rink was poorly maintained, resembling a snowcone rather than smooth ice. As a result, we didn’t get to skate as much as we’d hoped. While we were credited for the dirty room and made the best of our trip, we were disappointed that the main reason for our getaway—the skating experience—fell short. The hotel staff was helpful, but the rink staff was rude and unhelpful.
