Very friendly and courteous staff! The walking trail is amazing, with spectacular views! The welcome wine was top notch! Beds were comfortable and the and cozy! Breakfast was great and in-room service was timely and well worth the spend. Certainly, must repeat this during the harvest time as I know it will be even more spectacular.

I am beyond blessed to celebrate my 50th birthday at The Meritage Resort and Spa (03/22 - 03/24). Turning 50 was very hard for me. It was full of anxiety & lots of emotions! Tiffanie who helped us is an angel. Every question, every problem we had, she helped us through it. I am grateful to have met her at Meritage because she made my experience turning 50 so amazing and pleasant. I wish there were more people like Tiffanie! Thank you again MERITAGE and all the staff! The service at Meritage is top tier. My husband and I will be coming back. Sincerely, Debbie

The hotel and surrounding is really pretty. The room is spacious and lovely. The pool was a good size but the Jacuzzi was very small and it was always packed. The Food at the bar/restaurant was not bad but a little expensive. This is also the case for the spa which I wante dto stay and I was hoping the customers get a discount but this was not really the case, except for $50 which does not really help. The classes offered were limited. The saff at the bar was nice and friendly.

I recently stayed at The Meritage Resort and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience. On my second day, my room was accessed twice by engineers without any prior notice — one instance involved them letting another guest into my room. Later that same day, I was locked out of my room and the engineer let me in without checking my ID or confirming my identity, which felt like a serious security lapse. Additionally, I’ve reported missing items to the resort’s lost and found. While the property itself is beautiful and the location ideal, the lack of communication and disregard for basic guest security and privacy was shocking. I expected a much higher level of care and professionalism from a property of this caliber, and unfortunately, this experience left me extremely disappointed and hesitant to return.

We stayed at the Vino Bello side of Meritage in Building 2. Nice walk to the pool. Room can fit 4 if Using the pull out couch bed. Great option for small families that want a getaway. TV in the room is pretty small. Inside, two seater table available. Nice availability of kitchenware for those who like to dine in their rooms. Coffee maker, small fridge and microwave. Love that there was a washer and dryer unit in the rooms. Bathroom is spacious. The have the shampoo, wash soup dispensers which I appreciate to help eliminate plastic waste. The vibe of the room is a little outdated. But the bed was comfortable, room was clean and we were satisfied with the weekend stay. Parking was a bit hectic to find.
