The room and amenities were fine, but we felt they were charging for a lot of items we thought would be complimentary. The location of the property is the redeeming feature. It's so close to Oxbow market and a short uber to downtown or 20-30 min to wineries.

This is my third stay at River Terrace Inn. Great location and within walking distance to Downtown Napa. Clean and spacious rooms. Great staff. If I had to change anything, I would add more snack options and/or food service in the restaurant in the evening.

Just checked out of here after a beautiful 3 nights stay. On arrival we were greeted by friendly staff and were given a room upgrade with a river view. Which was amazing. We were also given a complementary glass of wine each, which was a lovely gesture. Our king size room was stunning, extremely clean and excellent facilities. Coffee machine in the room was a lovely touch too. The hotel is in a prime location for easy and convenient stroll to Oxbow market, the wine train and downtown Napa. Honestly nothing negative to say about our stay. Free parking was another great bonus. Easy check in and check out. I would highly recommend and would return if we ever came back to the USA. We love your town and the beauty of it. Every local person was above friendly and made our stay in Napa even more memorable.

Great location and the rooms were very nice and clean. fireplace is a must on cold days. staff seemed friendly, pillows really did not like. had one drink at the bar, fairly expensive for what we ordered. did not have any food. there is a coffee maker in the rooms but they dont supply bottled water, and offered it at expensive rate. i think downstairs they should offer morning coffee. however, overall, I would definitely stay there again. I do recommend. its close to town and the oxbow market, which offers some tasty food.

Cozy and cute hotel with a beautiful view and great location. We loved our stay here. The staff was friendly, breakfast and coffee was great, a quick walk to all of the happening places. Would definitely recommend and plan to come back again!
